In the infinite attributes. 40. In non-obstruction. 41. In beginningless relationship. 42. Of all. 43. Such as those mentioned above, in unison of one body of four types. 44. Without the experience of enjoyment. 45. Generated by womb obscuration. 46. Non-obstructive and transient. 47. And also the achievement of fruit. 48. Pure, perfect, and unobstructed is the fourteenth preceding body. 49.
The five types of bodies are: audārika, vaikriya, āhāraka, taijasa, and karmana.
Among these five types, the subsequent body, meaning the one that comes later, is more subtle than the former ones.
In the three preceding bodies of taijasa, compared to the earlier bodies, the northern regions (or divisions) have countless attributes.
The subsequent two bodies, namely taijasa and karmana, have infinite attributes.
Both the taijasa and karmana bodies are non-obstructive. They have a beginningless relationship with the soul. They pertain to all worldly beings.
From one up to four bodies, the options arise from the taijasa and karmana of one being simultaneously.
The final body, the karmana body, is devoid of experience (of pleasure and pain).
1. After this session, the 'taijasa also' session is present in the Digambara tradition, but not in the Shvetambara tradition. In texts like Sarvarthasiddhi, its meaning is as follows: 'The taijasa body is also generated from achievement; just as the vaikriya body can be created from achievement, similarly, the taijasa body can also be made from achievement.' This interpretation does not imply that the taijasa body is exclusively generated by achievement.
