जितना और जो कुछ साहित्य पढना पडा, समुचित परिवर्तन के लिए जो कुछ ऊहापोह करना पड़ा और अन्य व्यावहारिक बातों को सुलझाना पड़ा, यह सब श्री मालवणिया ने स्वयं स्फूर्ति से किया है । हम दोनों का जो सबन्ध है वह आभार मानने को प्रेरित नहीं करता । फिर भी इस बात का उल्लेख इसीलिए करता हूँ कि जिज्ञासु पाठक वस्तुस्थिति जान सके ।
प्रस्तुत तृतीय सस्करण की प्रस्तावना मे केवल अगस्त्य सिंह चूर्ण का तथा नयचक्र का निदेश बढा दिया गया है जो सूत्रभाष्य की एककर्तृकता को निद्ध में सहायक है ।
विवेचन में ध्यान ( ९२७ ) सूत्र की व्याख्या में भाष्यकार के उस मतं का टिप्पणी में निर्देश किया गया है जिसका अनुसरण किसी ने भी नही किया ।
