________________ 150 Prakrit Verses in Sanskrit Works on Poetics 530) Khanamettam pina pittai (?)...... -GS II. 83 531) Jao so vi viklakho (?)...... (p. 753) This gathā ( GS IV. 51 ) is already cited on p. 646. Vide S. No. (470)s 532) Jujjai savvam siripu ..... The printed text as it stands is quite corrupt. Puttisa or Pottisa (qualified by the honorific prefix sri) is the name of the minister of King Sātavāhana in the Prakrit poem called Lilavai. This gathā, however, is not found in the printed text of that poem. It is not unlikely that Bhoja had a different and larger MS before him from where he might have taken this quotation. Bhoja's readings differ from the printed text as can be seen by comparing the text of the verses 'Na sahai kalakkhevam' (Vol. III. p. 625 and Lilavai V. No. 567), and • Acchihim cia sa tena ' (Vol III, p. 787 and Lilavai v. No. 1258), and this fact supports the above conjecture. 533) Gharini ghanatthanapellana...... (p. 757) This gathā (GS III. 61 ) is already cited earlier on p. 579. p. 649 and p. 757. Vide S. No. (217) supra. 534) Ajja viharii camakkai (?)...... (p. 758) This gātha is already cited earlier (p. 737, opening with · Amjavi,' etc. ) Vide S. No. (523) supra.
