image was installed by Srīsangha as per the advice of Jayakīritisūri of Añchala gaccha in V.S 1500, Vaishākha, sudi. 5, Guru, (Thurs., 23 Apr., 1444 A.D.). This Bimba was donated by Rājāk, a son of Pālhạnade and man. Parvat of Shrīmali caste for his own bliss. ॥ सं. १५०० वर्षे वैशाख सुदि ५. गुरौ श्रीमालज्ञातीय मं. पर्वत भार्या पाल्हणदे पुत्र मं. राजाकेन श्री अंचलगच्छे जयकीर्तिसूरीणामुपदेशेन निजश्रेयसे श्री सुमतिनाथ बिंबं कारितं श्री संघेन प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री ।

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Shreyānsanāth with Parikar is installed in Ajitanāth Temple in Vaghan Pole. This Bimba was made by Mayanāk of Ukesh Vařsha for the bliss of his father Jāvada. It was installed by Jinasāgarasuri in the pattāvali of Jinachandrasuri of Kharatara gaccha in V.S. 1500, Vaishākha, sudi. 5, (Thurs., 23 April, 1444 A.D.). . ॥ संवत् १५०० वर्षे वैशाख सुदि ५ दिने ऊकेशवंशे सो. जावड भार्या अची पुत्र सो. मयणाकेन निज पितृपुण्यार्थं श्री श्रेयांसनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं श्री खरतरगच्छे श्री जिनचंद्रसूरिपट्टे श्री जिनसागरसूरिभिः ।

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Sumatināth with Parikar is preserved in Adīshvar Temlpe Panchbhai's pole of Ghee kanta. It was made by Mahāka with his wife Machaku for the bliss of his parents shre. Sürā and Pañchū. The donor belonged to Srimāla caste. He was the inhabitant of Ahamadāvāda (Ahmedabad). This bimba was made and installed with the precept of the donor's teacher Sri Hemaratnasuri of Agama gaccha in V.S. 1500, Vaishakha, shu di. 5, Guru (i.e. Thursday, 23 April, 1444 A.D.).
