This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Munisuvrataswami with Parikar is preserved in Adīshvar Temple of Kasumbavad. It was made by Shre. Kumāka with his wife Harsū, Karmaņa, Mahipa etc. and brother pūnjā and family. They belonged to Prāgvāta Caste. This Bimba was installed by Śrī Munisundarasūri of Tapā gaccha in V.S. 1499 (1442-43 A.D.). । सं. १४९९ प्रा. श्रे. आंबड सुत जाल्हा भा. जइतलदे सुत श्रे. कुमाकेन भार्या हर्षुपुत्र कर्मणं महिपादिसुत भ्रातृ पूंजादि कुटुंबयुतेन श्रीमुनिसुव्रतबिंबं का. प्र. तपागच्छ(च्छे)श श्री मुनिसुंदरसूरिभिः ॥ श्री : ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Mahāvīraswami with Parikar is preserved in Chintāmaņī Pārshvanāth Temple in Devasha's Pado, Near Calico Dome, Relief Road. It was made by Man. Nājāka, son of Man. Jasvīr and Sarasū of Usavāla caste, along with his wife Laşaņāde, sons pañchā, Jāvada, Kālā, Meghā, Dedhar, Mānā and family, for the spiritual bliss of their own soul. This Bimba was installed by Sri Munisundarasūri of Tapā gaccha in V.S. 1499 (i.e. 1442- 43 A.D.). । संवत १४९९ वर्षे उसवाल ज्ञातीय मं. जसवीर भा. सरसू सु. मं. नाईआकेन भा. लषणादे सु. पंचा जावडकाला मेघादेधरमानादि कुटुंबयुतेन स्वश्रेयोर्थं श्री महावीर बिंबं कारितं प्रति. तपा. श्री मुनिसुंदरसूरिभिः ॥
