This Pañchatīrthi image with parikar is preserved in Shāntināth Temple in front of Shekh's Pada. It was made by Dhanāk, son of Narbad and Lādi for the happiness of his parents in V.S. 1482, Vaishākha (9 April - 7 May, 1426 A.D.) with the counsel of Hlemaratnasūri.
संवत् १४८२ वर्षे वैशाख श्री श्रीमालज्ञातीय श्रे. नरबद भा. लाडी पु. धनाकेन पितृमातृश्रेयसे श्री. शीतलनाथबिंबं श्री हेमरत्नसूरीणामुपदेशेन कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं च विधिना ॥

This Pañchatīrthì bronze image of Shantināth with parikar is preserved in Simandharaswāmī Temple in Indrakot of Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Vya. Sādhāraņa for the bliss of his own self. He was the son of Vya. Vanapāla and Mañchi of Srimālī caste. This Bimba was installed with ceremony with the precept of Sri Gunasāgarasuri of Purnima Paksa in V.S. 1483, Phālguna, sudi. 10, Guru (i.e. Thursday, 6 Feb., 1427 A.D.).
। संवत् १४८३ वर्षे फागुण शुदि १० गुरौ श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय व्य. वनपाल भा. मंची सु. स्वश्रेयसे व्य. साधारणेन ॥ स्वश्रेयसे श्री शांतिनाथबिंबं श्री पूर्णिमापक्षीय श्री गुणसागरसूरीणामुपदेशेन कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं च विधिना ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Chandraprabhaswāmi with parikar is installed in Shāntināth Temple in front of Shekh's Pada. It was made by Chānhanade (of Ūkesh caste) for her self happiness with the counsel of Shantisuri of Sander Gaccha in V.S. 1483, Vaishakha sudi. 5, Guru (i.e. Thurs., 1 May, 1427 A.D.).
