This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Sreyānsanātha with parikar is preserved in the above mentioned Temple. It was made by Dharmāī, wife of Māņika, who was the son of Gān. Parabat and Sohi of Srīmāla caste, along with her adopted son Khimasī, for the bliss of her husband. The icon was installed in V.S. 1549, Māgha, su.di. 5, Soma (i.e. Mon., 21 Jan., 1493 A.D.) with the precept of Munichandrasuri in the pattāvali of Cäritracandrasuri of Pūrņima Pakşa. The donor was inhabitant of Sri pattan. संवत् १५ आषाढादि ४९ वर्षे माघ सुदि ५ सोमे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञा. गां. परबत भा. सोही पु. माणिक भा. धर्माई नाम्न्या धर्मपुत्र खीमसीयुतया भर्तुश्रेयसे श्री श्रेयांसमुख्यपंचतीर्थी बिंब कारितं श्री पूर्णिमापक्षे भीमपल्लीय म. श्री चारित्रचंद्रसूरिपट्टे श्री मुनिचंद्रसूरीणामुपदेशेन प्रतिष्ठितं श्रीपतन वास्तव्य ॥ ॥ श्री ॥

This Panchatīrthi bronze image of Sumatinātha with parikar is preserved in Chadraprabhasvāmi Temple in Samet Shikhar Pole in Mandavi's Pole. It was installed by Municandrasűri of Brahmāna gaccha in V.S. 1549, Māgha, su.di. 5, Bhauma (i.e. Tuesday, 22 Jan., 1493 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Bhaiyāka (son of Varasiga and Puhati of Srimāla caste) for the bliss of his parents as well as his own bliss.
