This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Vimalanatha with parikar is preserved in Adishvara Temple in Kasumbavad. It was made by Väghā and Ramãi, along with their sons Khimasi and Vajesī, for the bliss of their grand mother Māņika. Vāghā was the son of Mā. Parabata and Sohi of Śrīmāli caste. The donor was the inhabitant of Pattana. This icon was installed with the precept of Śrī Municandrasūrī in the patta of Bhimapalliya Bha(ṇṭāraka) Srī Caritracandrasūri of Purnima Paksa in V.S. 1549, Māgha sudi. 5, Soma (i.e. Mon, 21 Jan., 1493 A.D.)
॥ संवत् १५ अषाढादि ४९ वर्षे माह सुदि ५ सोमे श्री श्रीमाली ज्ञा. मा. परबत भा. सोही पु. वाघा भा. रमाई पु. खीमसीवजेसि सहितेन वृद्धमातृ माणिक श्रेयसे श्री विमलनाथमुख्य पंचतीर्थी बिंबं कारितं श्री पूर्णिमापक्षे भीमपल्लीय भ. श्री चारित्रचंद्रसूरिपट्टे श्री मुनिचंद्रसूरीणामुपदेशेने प्रतिष्टि [ष्ठि ] तं पत्तन वा ॥

This Panchatīrthī bronze image of Shitalanatha with parika is preserved in the sanctuary of Shantinatha in the Temp of Sambhavanātha in Kalu shah's pole, Kalupur. It was made by Devaśī and Lāḍakī, alongwith their son Kīkā, for the bliss of his nephew Somã. Devasī was the son of Gan. Goīya and Jaku of Srīmāla caste. This icon was installed with the precept of Śrī Municandrasūri of Bhimapalliya Bha. Śrī Caritracandrasūri in V.S. 1549, Mägha, su.di. 5, Soma (i.e, Mon. 21 Jan., 1493 A.D.)
