This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Dharmanātha with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanatha Temple in Kalushah's Pole, Kalupur. It was made by Mantri Campā with his wife Rūdi, son Nāthā, Vanā and Bhima, for the bliss of his forefathers, parents and brother. Campā was the son of Sre. Moşā and Mihasū. They belonged to Srimāla caste. This icon was installed by Sri Munirainasūriol Agama gaccha in V.S. 1549, Magha, su.di. 5, Bhauma (i.e. Tuesday, 22 Jan., 1493 A.D.). । संवत् १५४९ वर्षे माघ शुदि ५ भोमे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रे. मोषाभार्या मिहसू सुत मंत्रि चांपा भार्या रुडी सुत नाथावनाभीमायुतेन मंत्रिकेन स्वपूर्वि[व] ज पितृमातृ भ्रातृश्रेयोर्थं श्री धर्मनाथबिंबं कारितं प्रति. श्री आगमगच्छे श्री मुनिरत्नसूरिभिः ॥

This Ekatīrihī bronze image of Su matinātha with parikar is preseved in Simandharasvāmi Temple in Indrakot of Doshi Vada's Pole. It was made by Bha. Narapatika, along with his brothers Harapati and Bha. Surapati wife Sonās and sons Bha. Suracandra Bha. Somachanda etc. Narapati was the son of Bha. Mālā and Jethi and grandson of Bha. Sādā of Ukeśa Vamsa and Bhanasali gotra. This icon was installed by Sri Jinaharşasūri in the Patta of Kharatara gacchesa Sri Jinavardhanasuri in V.S. 1549, Vaisakha Sukla pancami (i.e. Sunday, 21 April, 1493 A.D.). ॥ ए संवत १५४९ वर्षे वैशाख शुक्ल पंचम्यां प. ऊकेश वंशे भणसाली गोत्रे भ. सादा पुत्र भ. माला भार्या जेठीपुत्र भ. हरपति भ. सुरपतियुतेन भ. नरपतिकेन भार्या श्री सोनाई पुत्र भ. सूरचंद्र भ. सोमचंद्रयुतेन श्री सुमतिनाथ बिंब कारितं श्री खरतरगच्छेश श्री जिनवर्द्धनसूरिपट्टे श्री श्री श्री जिनहर्षसूरिभिः प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्रीरस्तु ।
