प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं तपागच्छे श्री सोमसुंदरसूरिशिष्य श्री रत्नशेखरसूरिभिः ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Shitalanāth with parikar is preserved in Nemināth Temple in Pada Pole, near Model Cinema, Khadia. This icon was made by Sre. Sarvaņa and Salaşū, along with their son Ghāngā, his wife Gori, brother Mūngerā etc. family members. They belonged to Prāgvāța caste. The donor was inhabitant of Vadanagara. This icon was installed by Sri Ratnasekharasūri in the pattāvali of Srī Somasundrasuri, Srī Munisundarasuri of Tapā gaccha in V.S. 1515, Vaishākha, su.di. 13 (i.e. Sun., 15 April, 1459 A.D.). ।। सं. १५१५ वर्षे वै. शु. १३ प्राग्वाट श्रे. सर्वण भा. सलषू सुत श्रे. घांगा भा. गोरी भ्रातृ मूंगरादि कुटुंबयुतेन श्री शीतलनाथबिंब का. प्र. तपा श्री सोमसुंदरसूरि श्री मुनिसुंदरसूरिपट्टे श्री रत्नशेखरसूरिभिः ॥ वडगाम वास्तव्य ॥
381 This Pañchatīrthì bronze image of Adināth is preserved in Pārshvanāth Temple in Talia's Pole. It was installed by Ratnashekharsūri of Tapā gaccha in V.S. 1515, Vaishākha śu.di. 12, Ravi.(i.e. Sun., 15 April, 1459 A.D.) at Ahmadabad. This Bimba was made by Dh(thā)akhur, son of Mahan. Bhim and Sadū of Prāgvāt caste, along with his wife and family, for the happiness of his father Bhima.
संवत् १५१५ वर्षे वैशाष शु. १२ रवौ प्राग्वाट ज्ञातीय महं. भीमभार्या सदूसुत ठाकुरेण . भार्या देमति सुत उभय कुमारादि कुटुंब युतेन पितृश्रेयसे श्री आदिनाथ बिंब का.
