The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
preserved in Adīshwar Temple in Vaghan Pole. It was installed by Ratnashekharasuri of Tapā gaccha (in the Pattāvali of Munisundarasuri) in V.S. 1515, Vaishākha, su.di. 13, Ravi. (i.e. Sun., 15 April, 1459 A.D.). This icon was made by Sūrāk, son of Vya. Manā and Shambhū of Prāgvāt caste, with his family. He was a buisnessman of Pālūņapar. ॥ सं १५१५ वर्षे वै. शु. १३ स्वौ प्रा. व्य. मना भा. शंभू सुत व्य. सूराकेन भा.' जीवीणि प्रमुख कुटुंबयुतेन श्री कुंथुनाथ बिंब का. प्र. श्री तपागच्छ श्री मुनिसुंदरसूरि पट्टे श्री रत्नशेखरसूरिभिः ॥ पालूणपर वास्तव्य ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Ajitanāth with parikar is preserved in Adishvar Temple in Kasumbavad, Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Hemāka with his wife Valhī, for the bliss of Sre. Bharmā. Hemāka was the son of Vya. Sre. Asā and Sampū of Srīmāla caste. This icon was installed by Bha. Srī Laksmīdevasūri of Caitra gaccha in Hadasaragrāma in V.S. 1515, Vaishākha, va.di. 2, Guru (i.e. thurs., 19 April, 1459 A.D.).
