was installed by Sri Devaguptasūri (in the Pattavali of Srī Kakkasūri) in V.S. 1513, Mãgha, su.di. 3, Sukra (i.e. Friday, 28 Jan., 1457 A.D.).

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Kunthunatha with parikar is preserved in Dharmanath Temple in Devasha's Pado, near Calico Dome, Reliel Road. It was made by Govanda, son of Lāpā and Lalatāde, along with his uncle Godha, Godha's wife Gandade, other uncle Dharmasi and his wife Dharmade for the bliss of his parents and uncle. Lāpā was the son of Śre. Cadana and Candaṇade of Ūkesa Vamsa. This Bimba was installed by Śrī Devaguptasūri in the Patta of Bha. Srī Kakkasūri and Siddhācārya tradition in V.S. 1513 Ma(gha), su.di. 3, Sukra (i.e. Friday, 28 Jan., 1457 A.D.).
॥ संवत् १५१३ व. मा. सु. ३ शु. ठ. श्रे. चाडण भा. चांडणदे पु. लापा भा. ललतादे पु. गोवंदेन पितृव्य गोधा भा. गंगादे पितृव्य धर्मसी भा. धर्मादे प्रभृति मातृपितृपितृव्य श्रेयोर्थं श्री कुंथुनाथबिंबं का. उ. सिद्धाचार्यसंताने प्र. भ. श्री कक्कसूरिपट्टे श्री देवगुप्तसूरिभिः ॥

It was Installed by Hemaprabhasūri of [Vidya ] dhara gaccha in V.S. 1513, Magha, su.di. 3, Sukra. (i.e. Friday, 28 Jan., 1557 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Samadhar, son of Sam. Vasta and Guri of Śrīmāla
