preserved in Adishvar Temple in Raja Maheta's Pole, Kalupur. It was made by Samadhara and Sahade for the bliss of his father and mother Gāngā and Līlū. They belonged to Srīmāla caste. They were the resident of Camāradi. This icon was installed by Sri Gunaratnasūri of Pippala gaccha in V.S. 1513, Paușa, va.di. 2, Budha (i.e. Wed., 12 Jan., 1457 A.D.) ॥ संवत् १५१३ वर्षे पोष वदि २ बुधे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय पितृ गांगा मातृ लीलूश्रेयोर्थं सुत समधर सहदेवी रस पांचा. राते: श्री सुविधिनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं पिप्पलगच्छे श्री गुणरत्नसूरिभि: चमारडी वास्तव्य ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Sambhavanātha with parikar is preserved in the Kunthunāth Temple in Lakşminārāyaṇa Pole, Khadia. It was made by Coțā and Dharmā, sons of Rāmā and Ratanū, for the bliss of their father, brother, and forefathers. Śre. Hīrā and Hīrāde were the grand father and grand mother of the donors. They belonged to śrīmāla caste and Brahmāņa gaccha. This icon was installed by Sri Vimalasuri in V.S. 1513, Pausa, va.di. 3, Guru (i.e. Thursday, 13 Jan., 1457 A.D.). The donors were the inhabitants of Kaliyānāgrama. ॥ संवत् १५१३ वर्षे पोष वदि ३ गुरौ श्री श्री ब्रह्माण गच्छे श्रीमाल ज्ञातीयः श्रे. हीरा भार्या हीरादे सुत रामा भार्या रतनू सुत चोटांधर्माभ्यां पितृभ्रातृ पूर्वजश्रेयसे श्री संभवनाथबिंब कारितं प्र. श्री विमलसूरिभिः ॥ कालीयाणा ग्रामे वास्तव्य ।।
