The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
the Kalupur. It was made by Ra. Bhimā and Sīmā, son of Ra. Jesimha and Jasama, for the bliss of their forefathers. Jesimha was the son of Mahanasimha and Salaṣaṇade of Pragvāța caste. This icon was installed by the advice of Sri Devaratnasuri of Agama gaccha in V.S. 1507, Magha, shudi. 13, Sukra (ie. Friday 15, Jan., 1451 A.D.). The donor was the inhabitant of Sri Ksetra.
संवत १५०७ वर्षे माघ शुदि १३ शुक्रे प्राग्वाट ज्ञातीय राउल महणसिंह भार्या सलषणदे सुत रा. जेसिंह भार्या जसमा सुत रा. भीमा सीमा श्री सुविधिनाथबिंबं पंचतीर्थी श्री आगमगच्छे श्री देवरत्नसूरीणामुपदेशेन पूर्वज निमित्तेन कारापितं प्रतिष्टि [ष्ठ]तं च ॥ श्रीक्षेत्र वास्तव्य || शुभं भवतु ॥ कल्याणमस्तु श्रीः ||

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Kunthunath with parikar is preserved in Parshvanath Temple in Talia pole of the Sarangpur area. It was installed by Vinayaprabhasūri of Nagendra gaccha [in the pattāvali of Padmānandasūri] in V.S. 1507, Vaishakha, va.di. 3, Soma (i.e. Mon., 19 April, 1451 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Gālāk, son of Sumaḍā and Banjha of Shrīmāla caste for the spiritual bliss of his parents.
॥ सं. १५०७ वर्षे वैशाख वदि ३ सोम श्री श्रीमालज्ञातीय व्य. सुमडा भा. बांझसुत गालाकेन पितृमातृ आत्मश्रेयोर्थं श्री कुंथुनाथबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्टि [ष्ठि ] तं नागेन्द्रगच्छे श्री पद्माणंदसूरिपट्टे श्री विनयप्रभसूरिभिः ।।

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Kunthunath with parikar is preserved in Shatinath Temple in Ghanchini pole. It was installed by Sri Kakkasūri in V.S. 1507, Vaishākha, va.di. 6, Guru. (i.e. Thurs, 22 April, 1451 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Sājana [along with his wife Phadu and son Tejā] a buisnessman of Usawāla caste, for the bliss of his own self and his family.
