This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Nemināth with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanāth Temple in Kameshwar pole. This bimba was made by Kadu,āk of Shrimālī caste by the precept of Jayachandrasūri of Pūrnimā Paksha [in the Pattāvali of Pāsachandrasūri) in V.S. 1507, Māgha, su.di, 11, Budha (i.e. Wed. 13., 1451 A.D.) संवत् १५०७ वर्षे माघ सुदि ११ बुधे श्री श्रीमालज्ञातीय गांधी पितृ. मूला मातृ लाडकिभ्रातृ बडूआ निमित्तं कडूआकेन श्री नेमिनाथ मुख्यपंचतीर्थी कारिता । श्री श्री पूर्णिमापक्ष श्री भीमपल्लीय श्री पासचंद्रसूरिपट्टे श्री जयचंद्रसूरीणामुपदेशेन प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं ।। श्री: ॥

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Chandraprabhswāmīwith parikar is preserved in Rşabhadeva Temple in Jahanpanah's pole in Doshivada's pole. It was made by Ilirāka with his wife Kūnu and son Vīsā etc. family members. He was the son of shre. Sāmal and Vāru. They belonged to Prāgvāța caste. This icon was installed by Śrī Ratnasekharasări (a Pupil of Tapā gacchādhirāja Śrī Somasundarasuri) in V.S. 1507, Māgha shu.di. 13, (i.e. Fri., 15 Jan., 1451 A.D.).
