॥ संवत् १५०६ वर्षे फागुण शुदि ९ शुक्रे श्री उप भजा सुत साह पद्मा भार्या सारं सु. मेण भार्या सांताई पुत्र सा. रत्नाकेन. रत्नादे सु. सोमादि कुटुंबयुतेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री वासुपूज्यबिंबं कारितं श्रीसूरिभिः ।।

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Vimalanath with parikar is · preserved in Adishvar Temple in Kasumbavad in Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Deva and his wife Karmi, along with his brother Haradās and his wife Harṣu, for the bliss of their parents. Devā was the son of prägvāta shre. Kelhä and Būchi. This icon was installed by Bha. Srī Kakkasūri in V.S. 1506, Caitra, su.di. 5, Guru (i.e. Thursday, 19 March, 1450 A.D.).

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Kunthunath with parikar is preserved in Adishwar Temple in Kasumbavad of Dosivada'S Pole. It was made by Shivaka with his wife Shani, for the bliss of his parents. He was the son of maham. Dhāgā and Lalatāde of Srīmāla caste. Maham. Devā, Maham Limbā and Bhojā were other brothers of maham. Shiva. This Bimba was installed by Śrī Vimalasūri of Brahmāna gaccha in V. S. 1507, Maha(magha), sudi. 5, Sukra, lie. Friday, 8 Jan., 1451 A.D.). The donor was the inhabitant of Vadālambī [Vadali ? ].
