सर्व = सर्व मंगल = मंगलों में, मांगल्यं = मंगल रूप
| सर्व-कल्याण-कारणम् = सर्व कल्याणों का कारण कल्याण = कल्याणों का कारणम् = कारण | प्रधानं सर्व-धर्माणां = सर्व धर्मों में श्रेष्ठ प्रधानं = श्रेष्ठ, धर्माणां = धर्मों में
जैनं जयति शासनम् = जैन शासन जयवंत है
जैनं = जैन, जयति जयवंत है, शासनम् = शासन गाथार्थ :
शान्ति के गृह समान, शान्त रस से युक्त, अशिव शांत हो चुके हैं [ जिनके, ऐसे] स्तुति करने वालों की शांति के लिये श्री शांतिनाथ भगवान को | नमस्कार करके, शांति में निमित्तभूत मंत्र पदों से मैं स्तुति करता हूँ. १. ॐ ऐसे निश्चित वचन वाले, पूजा के योग्य भगवान, जयवान्. यशस्वी और योगीश्वर श्री शांतिनाथ जिनेश्वर को वारंवार नमस्कार हो.

47. laghu-santi stava sarva = all, mangala = amongst auspicious, mānigalyam = the most auspicious
sarva-kalyāṇa-kāraṇam = the supreme cause of all prosperity
kalyāna = of prosperity, kāranam = the supreme cause pradhānam sarva-dharmāṇām the best among all religious pursuits pradhānam = the best, dharmānām = among religious pursuits
jainam jayati śāsanam = jainism is victorious
jainam śāsanam = jainism, jayati = is victorious
Stanzaic meaning :
For the peace of eulogists, obeisancing Śrī śāntinātha bhagavāna, like an abode of peace, having śāntarasa [such, whose evil consequences are pacified, I eulogise with the verses of hymns causing about peace..

Be obeisance again and again to Śrī śāntinātha jineśvara represented by a determined word om, venerable, bhagavāna worthy of adoration, victorious, reputed and yogisvara. ............ 2.
