નૈતિક ગૃહીત સિદ્ધાંત અને તાર્કિક પુરાવા ૩૦૧ એગ્ય તે યોગ્ય, એવા જ પ્રકારનું એ તત્વ છે. સૃષ્ટિને યોગ્ય કોણ લાગે છે તે કહી શકાતું નથી. સૃષ્ટિને ઘેર નાનાની માફક મરાય કચડાય છે. અશક્તની સાથે સશક્ત પણ માર્યા જાય છે. અનીતિમાનની સાથે નીતિમાન માણસ પણ રોગ અને અકસ્માતના ભાગ થઈ પડે છે. સૃષ્ટિ કેઈને ઓળખતી નથી. તે તો એટલું જ જાણે છે કે પોતાને જીવ માત્ર બચાવવો. (Conservation of energy) આજ સુધીમાં તેનાં હજારો બાળક મૃત્યુવશ થયાં છે પણ એ તે છે તેવીને તેવી જ છે ! શું તેની શક્તિમાં કંઈ ઘટાડે થયો છે? ના. બળકના માની તેને કંઈ દરકાર નથી, અરે પિટના ગેળાનેય એ તે ખાઈ નાખે છે અને પોતે રાતીમાતી થઈ ફરે છે! એવી દિવ્ય માતાને પેટે કેવાં બાળક અવતરે તે કહેવાની જરૂર છે ? સૃષ્ટિક્રમનું ઉત્તમ રીતે નિરીક્ષણ અને પરીક્ષણ કરનાર હકસલેએ પોતાના એક વ્યાખ્યાનમાં સૃષ્ટિક્રમ વિષે જણાવ્યું છે કે, તેમાં ન્યાય જેવું કંઈ જ નથી.' હકસલેને દિલગીરી સાથે કબૂલ કરવું પડ્યું છે કે, માનવ સમાજમાં જે સુધારો થયો છે અને થાય છે તે સૃષ્ટિક્રમના ઉપદેશનું ઉલ્લંઘન કર્યાંથી થયો છે અને થાય છે. કે “જીવનકલહમાં જેણે તેણે પિતાને પ્રાણ બચાવવા” ને સૃષ્ટિને કમંત્ર જે તાનાજી માલસરે જેવાઓએ માન્ય કર્યો હોત તો ક્યા દેશની ઉન્નતિ થઈ
