Secondly to allow a portion of the said trust estate for the purpose of opening a Dispensary replete with such drugs and chemicals as may not be repugnant. to the feeling of a person Professing thə Jain religion for the use and benefio of such persons and on such terms and conditions as the trustees may from time to time prescribe. Thirdly to allow a portion of the said of trust estate to be used as a Hall or meetiug-place (for the use of the Jains and other Hindus generally) for the purpose of delivering sermons, or lectures on 'relig. jon, ethics, science, educatioc, or for holdings meetings for any lawful purpose or for performing Jain religious rites and ceremonies or for such other purposes of a like nature and on such terms and conditions as the said trustees may think fit or proper. Fourthly to allow a portion of the said trust estate for opening an office for the transaction and management of business aforesaid as well as of business relating to diverse charitable institutions established or to be established by the heire. and descendants of Seth Hirachand Gumanji. Fifthly to let out such portion of the trust estate as is coloured red on the plan hereto annexed to such tenants or tenant and on such rent or rents and upon such terms and conditions as the said trustees in their absolute discretion may deem fin, and the said trustees shall' collect, get in and recover the rents and profits thereof and pay thereout in the first instance all rates and taxes of what nature and kind soever payable to the Government of Bombay and the Municipality of Bombay, Secondly such sum or sums as shall be requisite or necessary for the purpose of keeping the said trust estate in good order and Condition and insured against:
