loss by fire or accident and lastly the costs and expenses of and incidental to the management of the said trust estate and shall out of the residue of such rents and profits thereof set apart (1) a sum equal fo thirty por cent thereof to form the nucleus of a reserved fund to be used on occasions of urgency and emergency or accident such as in making repairs of a specjal kind and in making additions and alterations into or upon the said trust estate or any part thereof from time to time as to the trustees may seem fit and proper (2) a sum equal to forty percent. for the purpose of establishing, equipping and maintaining the said Dispensary replete with all necessary instruments and appliances and also with such drugs, powders and chemicals as may not be repugnant to the feelings of persons professihg the Jain religion for the use and benefit of persons profossing the Jain religion and generally for all classes of high caste Hindoos and for the purpose of giving free of charge medical help and advice and dispensing medicines and for defraying the expenses of keeping a proper staff that is to say Doctors, Compounders and other servants as may from time to time be found necessary. And the trustees shall out of the residue of the said rents and Profits further set apart a sum equal to ben percent thereof and shall pay the same from time to time to the Secretary of the Digamber Jain Praptic Sabha of Bombay as long as the office of the said Sabha remaios in and continues to work in Bombay but if the said Sabba removes its office to any other place out of Bombay then the said payment shall discontinue and shall accumulate until the time the said Sabha a gain removes its office to and works in Bom
