[777 उ.] गौतम ! द्रव्य की अपेक्षा से इस रत्नप्रभापथ्वी का एक अचरम सबसे कम है। उसकी अपेक्षा (बहुवचनान्त) चरम (चरमाणि) असंख्यातगुणे हैं। अचरम और (बहुवचनान्त) चरम, ये दोनों विशेषाधिक हैं / प्रदेशों की अपेक्षा से इस रत्नप्रभापृथ्वी के 'चरमान्तप्रदेश' सबसे कम हैं / (उनकी अपेक्षा) अचरमान्तप्रदेश असंख्यातगुणे हैं / चरमान्तप्रदेश और अचरमान्तप्रदेश, ये दोनों विशेषाधिक हैं। द्रव्य और प्रदेशों की अपेक्षा से सबसे कम इस रत्नप्रभापृथ्वी का एक अचरम है। (उसको अपेक्षा) असंख्यातगुणे (बहुवचनान्त) चरम हैं। अचरम और (बहुवचनान्त) चरम, ये दोनों ही विशेषाधिक हैं। (उनसे) प्रदेशापेक्षया चरमान्तप्रदेश असंख्यातगुणे हैं, (उनसे) असंख्यातगुणे अचरमान्तप्रदेश हैं / चरमान्तप्रदेश और अचरमान्तप्रदेश, ये दोनों विशेषाधिक हैं / 778. एवं जाव प्रसत्तमा / सोहम्मस्स / जाव लोगस्स य एवं चेव / [778] इसी प्रकार (शर्कराप्रभापृथ्वी से लेकर) यावत् नीचे की सातवीं (तमस्तमः) पथ्वी तक तथा सौधर्म से लेकर यावत् लोक (अच्युत, नौ ग्रेवेयक, पंच अनुत्तर विमान, ईषत्प्रारभारापृथ्वी एवं लोक) तक पूर्वोक्त प्रकार से अचरम, (बहुवचनान्त) चरमों, चरमान्तप्रदेशों तथा अचरमान्तप्रदेशों के अल्पबहुत्व की प्ररूपणा करनी चाहिए। 776. अलोगस्स णं भंते ! अचरिमस्स य चरिमाण य चरिमंतपएसाण य अचरिमंतपएसाण य दवट्ठयाए पदेसट्टयाए दवटुपदेसट्टयाए कतरे कतरेहितो अप्पा वा बहुया वा तुल्ला वा विसेसाहिया वा? गोयमा! सव्वस्थोवे अलोगस्स दवट्टयाए एगे प्रचरिमे, चरिमाइं असंखेज्जगुणाई, अचरिम च चरिमाणि य दों वि विसेसाहियाइं। पदेसट्टयाए सव्वत्थोवा प्रलोगस्स चरिमंतपदेसा, अचरिमंतपदेसा प्रणतगुणा, चरिमंतपदेसा य अचरिमंतपदेसा य दो वि विसेसाहिया। दवटुपदेसट्टयाए सम्बत्थोवे
