4681 [ प्रज्ञापनासूत्र 644. धूमप्पभापुढविनेरइयाणं पुच्छा। गोयमा ! जहा पंकप्पभापुढविनेरइया / नवरं चउप्परहितो वि पडिसेहो कातव्वो। [644 प्र.] भगवन् ! धूमप्रभापृथ्वी के नैरयिक कहाँ से उत्पन्न होते हैं ? [644 उ.] गौतम ! जैसे पंकप्रभापृथ्वी के नैरयिकों के उत्पाद के विषय में कहा, उसी प्रकार इनके उत्पाद के विषय में कहना चाहिए। विशेष यह है कि चतुष्पद (स्थलचर पंचेन्द्रिय तिर्यञ्चों) से (इनकी उत्पत्ति का) निषेध करना चाहिए। 645. [1] तमापुढविनेरइया णं भंते ! कतोहितो उववज्जति ? गोयमा ! जहा धूमप्पभापुढबिनेरइया / नवरं थलयरेहितो वि पडिसेहों कातब्बो / [645-1 प्र.] भगवन् ! तमःप्रभापृथ्वी के नैरयिक कहाँ से उत्पन्न होते हैं ? [641-1 उ.] गौतम ! जैसे धूमप्रभापृथ्वी के नैरयिकों की उत्पत्ति के विषय में कहा, वैसे ही इस पृथ्वी के नै रयिकों की उत्पत्ति के विषय में समझना चाहिए / विशेष यह है कि स्थलचर पंचेन्द्रिय तिर्यंचों से इनकी उत्पत्ति का निषेध करना चाहिए। [2] इमेणं अभिलावेणं-जति पंचिदियतिरिक्खजोणिएहितो उववज्जति कि जलयरपंचेंदिएहितो उववज्जति ? यलयरपंचेंदिएहितो उववज्जंति ? खहयरपंचिदिएहितो उववज्जंति ? गोयमा ! जलयरपंचें दिएहितो उववज्जति, नो थलयरेहितो नो खयरेहिंतो उववज्जति / [645-2 प्र.] इस (पूर्वोक्त) अभिलाप (कथन) के अनुसार--यदि वे (धूमप्रभापृथ्वी नारक) पंचेन्द्रिय तिर्यग्योनिकों से उत्पन्न होते हैं तो क्या जलचर पंचेन्द्रिय तिर्यञ्चों से उत्पन्न होते हैं ?, या स्थलचर पंचेन्द्रिय तिर्यञ्चों से उत्पन्न होते हैं ? अथवा खेचर पंचेन्द्रिय तिर्यञ्चों से उत्पन्न होते हैं ? [645-2 उ.] गौतम ! (वे) जलचर पंचेन्द्रिय तिर्यञ्चों से उत्पन्न होते हैं, किन्तु न तो . स्थलचर पंचेन्द्रिय तिर्यञ्चों से उत्पन्न होते हैं और न ही खेचर पंचेन्द्रिय तिर्यञ्चों से उत्पन्न होते हैं। [3] जति मणुस्सेहितो उववति किं कम्मभूमएहितो अकम्मभूमएहितो अंतरदोवएहितो? गोयमा ! कम्मभूमीहितो उववज्जंति, नो अकम्मभूमएहितो उक्वजंति, नो अंतरदीवहितो। [645-3 प्र] भगवन् ! यदि (वे) मनुष्यों से उत्पन्न होते हैं तो क्या कर्मभूमिज मनुष्यों से या अकर्मभूमिज मनुष्यों से अथवा अन्तर्वीपज मनुष्यों से उत्पन्न होते हैं ? [645-3 उ.] गौतम !
