274 ] [प्रज्ञापनासूत्र उनकी अपेक्षा ऊर्ध्वलोकतिर्यग्लोक नामक दो प्रतरों में असंख्यातगुणे होते हैं, क्योंकि तिर्यग्लोकस्थभवनपतिदेव वैक्रियसमुद्घात करते हैं, तब वे ऊर्ध्वलोक-तिर्यग्लोक का स्पर्श करते हैं, तथा तिर्यग्लोकस्थ जो भवनपति मारणान्तिकसमुद्घात करके ऊर्ध्वलोक में सौधर्मादि देवलोकों में बादरपर्याप्तपृथ्वीकायिक, बादरपर्याप्त-अप्कायिक एवं बादरपर्याप्त-बनस्पतिकायिक रूप से अथवा शुभमणि-प्रकारों में उत्पन्न होने वाले होते हैं, तब वे अपने भव की ही प्रायु का वेदन करते हैं, पारभविक पृथ्वीकायिकादि की आयु का नहीं; तब वे भवनपति ही कहलाते हैं उस समय वे ऊर्ध्वलोक-तिर्यग्लोक का स्पर्श करते हैं। इस प्रकार के वे भवनपतिदेव ऊर्ध्वलोक में गमनागमन करने से और दोनों प्रतरों के समीपवर्ती उनका क्रीड़ास्थान होने से वे पूर्वोक्त दोनों प्रतरों को स्पर्श करते हैं, इसलिए ये पूर्वोक्त देवों से असंख्यातगणे हैं। इनकी अपेक्षा त्रिलोकस्पर्शी भवनपति देव संख्यातगुणे होते हैं। ऊर्ध्वलोक में रहे हुए जो तिर्यञ्चपंचेन्द्रिय भवनपति रूप से उत्पन्न होने वाले होते हैं, वे तथा स्वस्थान में तथाविध प्रयत्न विशेष से वैक्रिय समुद्धात या मारणान्तिक समुद्घात करते हैं, तब वे त्रैलोक्यस्पर्श करते हैं। वे संख्यातगुणे इसलिए हैं कि अन्य स्थान में समुद्घात करने वालों की अपेक्षा स्वस्थान में समुद्घात करने वाले संख्यातगुणे होते हैं / अधोलोक-तिर्यग्लोक संज्ञक प्रतरद्वय में इनकी अपेक्षा भी वे असंख्यातगुणे होते हैं / तिर्यग्लोक इनके स्वस्थान से निकटवर्ती होने से गमनागमन होने के कारण तथा स्वस्थान में स्थित रहते हुए भी क्रोधादि कषायसमुद्घातवश गमन होने से बहुत-से भवनपतिदेव पूर्वोक्त दोनों प्रतरों का स्पर्श करते हैं। उनकी अपेक्षा तिर्यग्लोक में वे असंख्यातगुणे हैं, क्योंकि तीर्थंकर समवसरणादि में वन्दननिमित्त, रमणीय द्वीपों में क्रीड़ा के निमित्त वे तिर्यग्लोक में आते है, और आते हैं तो चिरकाल तक भी रहते हैं उनकी अपेक्षा भी अधोलोक में असंख्यातगुणे हैं, क्योंकि अधोलोक तो भवनवासियों का स्वस्थान है। भवनवासीदेवों की तरह ही भवनवासीदेवियों का अल्पबहुत्व समझ लेना चाहिए / 'व्यन्तरदेव-देवियों का पृथक्-पृथक् अल्पबहुत्व-क्षेत्रानुसार चिन्तन करने पर व्यन्तर देव सबसे कम ऊर्ध्वलोक में हैं, पाण्डकवन आदि में कुछ ही व्यन्तरदेव पाये जाते हैं। उनकी अपेक्षा ऊर्ध्वलोक-तिर्यक्लोक रूप दो प्रतरों में असंख्यातगुणे हैं कुछ व्यन्तरों के स्वस्थान के अन्तर्गत होने से तथा कई व्यन्तरों के स्वस्थान के निकट होने से तथा बहुत-से व्यन्तरों के मेरु आदि पर गमनागमन होने से उनके पूर्वोक्त दोनों प्रतरों का स्पर्श होता है / इन सब की सामूहिक रूप से विचारणा करने पर वे अत्यधिक हो जाते हैं। उनकी अपेक्षा त्रिलोकवर्ती व्यन्तर संख्यातगुणे हैं, क्योंकि तथाविध प्रयत्नविशेष से वैक्रिय समुद्घात करने पर वे आत्मप्रदेशों से तीनों लोकों को स्पर्श करते हैं, और ऐसे व्यन्तरदेव पूर्वोक्त देवों से अत्यधिक है, इसलिए संख्यातगणे हैं। उनकी अपेक्षा अधोलोक तिर्यग्लोक-संज्ञक प्रतरद्वय में असंख्यातगुणे हैं, क्योंकि ये दोनों प्रतर बहुत-से व्यन्तरों के स्वस्थान हैं, इसलिए इनका स्पर्श करने वाले व्यन्त र बहुत अधिक होने से असंख्यातगुणे हैं। इनकी अपेक्षा अधोलोक में वे संख्यातगुणे हैं, क्योंकि अधोलौकिक ग्रामों में उनका स्वस्थान है, तथा अधोलोक में बहुत से व्यन्तरों का क्रीड़ानिमित्त गमन भी होता है। इनकी अपेक्षा तिर्यग्लोक में वे संख्यातगुणे अधिक हैं, क्योंकि तिर्यग्लोक तो उनका स्वस्थान है ही। इसी प्रकार व्यन्तरदेवियों का अल्पबहुत्व समझ लेना चाहिए / ज्योतिष्कदेव पृथक-पृथक् देवियों का अल्पबहत्य-क्षेत्र की अपेक्षा विचार करने पर सबसे कम ज्योतिष्क देव ऊर्ध्वलोक में हैं, क्योंकि कुछ ही ज्योतिष्क देवों का तीर्थकरजन्ममहोत्सव निमित्त, या अंजन-दधिमुखादि पर अष्टाह्निका निमित्त अथवा कतिपय देवों का मन्दराचलादि पर क्रीड़ानिमित्त गमन होता है / उनकी अपेक्षा ऊर्ध्वलोक-तिर्यक्लोक प्रतरद्वय में असंख्यातगुणे हैं, उन दोनों प्रतरों
