104 ] [ प्रज्ञापनासूत्र वे कमण्डलु, कलश, यूप, स्तूप, वापी, ध्वज, पताका, सौवस्तिक, यव, मत्स्य, मगर, कच्छप, रथ, स्थाल, अंशुक, अष्टापद, अंकुश, सुप्रतिष्ठक, मयूर, श्रीदाम, अभिषेक, तोरण, पृथ्वो, समुद्र, श्रेष्ठभवन, दर्पण, पर्वत, हाथी, वृषभ, सिंह, छत्र और चामर; इन 32 उत्तम लक्षणों से युक्त होते हैं। वहाँ की स्त्रियां भी सुनिर्मित-सर्वांगसुन्दर तथा समस्त महिलागुणों से युक्त होती हैं / उनके चरण कच्छप के आकार के, तथा परस्पर सटी हुई अंगुलियों वाले एवं कमलदल के समान मनोहर होते हैं। उनके जंघायुगल रोमरहित एवं प्रशस्त लक्षणों से युक्त होते हैं, तथा जानुप्रदेश निगूढ एवं पुष्ट होते हैं, उनके उरू केले के स्तम्भसदृश संहत, सुकुमार एवं पुष्ट होते हैं। उनके नितम्ब विशाल, मांसल एवं शरीर के आयाम के अनुरूप होते हैं। उनकी रोमराजि मुलायम, कान्तिमय एवं सुकोमल होती है। उनका नाभिमण्डल दक्षिणावर्त की तरंगों के समान, उदर प्रशस्त लक्षणयुक्त एवं स्तन स्वर्णकलशसम संहत, उन्नत, पुष्ट एवं गोल होते हैं। पार्श्वभाग भी संगत होता है। उनकी बांहें लता के समान सुकुमार होती हैं। उनके अधरोष्ठ अनार के पुष्प के समान लाल, तालु एवं जिह्वा रक्तकमल के समान तथा आंखें विकसित नीलकमल के समान बड़ी एवं कमनीय होती हैं। उनकी भौहें चढ़ाए हुए धनुषबाण के आकार की सुसंगत होती हैं / ललाट प्रमाणोपेत होता है। मस्तक के केश सुस्निग्ध एवं सुन्दर होते हैं। करतल एवं पदतल स्वस्तिक, शंख, चक्र आदि की आकृति की रेखाओं से सुशोभित होते हैं। गर्दन ऊँची, मांसल एवं शंख के समान होती है। वे ऊँचाई में पुरुषों से कुछ कम होती हैं। स्वभाव से ही वे उदार, शृगार और सुन्दर वेष वाली होती हैं। प्रकृति से हास्य, वचन, विलास एवं विषय में परम नैपुण्य से युक्त होती हैं। वहाँ के पुरुष-स्त्री सभी स्वभाव से सुगन्धित वदन वाले होते हैं। उनके क्रोध, मान, माया और लोभ अत्यन्त मन्द होते हैं / वे सन्तोषी, उत्सुकता रहित, मृदुता-ऋजुतासम्पन्न होते हैं। मनोहर मणि, स्वर्ण और मोती आदि ममत्व के कारणों के विद्यमान होते हुए भी वे ममत्व के अभिनिवेश से तथा वैरानुबन्ध से रहित होते हैं। हाथी, घोड़े, ऊंट, गाय, भैंस आदि के होते हुए भी वे उनके परिभोग से पराङ मुख रह कर पैदल चलते हैं। वे ज्वरादि रोग, भूत, प्रेत, यक्ष आदि की प्रस्तता, महामारी आदि विपत्तियों के उपद्रव से भी रहित होते हैं। उनमें परस्पर स्वामि-सेवक का व्यवहार नहीं होता, अतएव सभी अहमिन्द्र जैसे होते हैं। उनकी पीठ में 64 पसलियां होती हैं। उनका श्राहार एक चतुर्थभक्त (उपवास) के बाद होता है और आहार भी शालि आदि धान्य से निष्पन्न नहीं, किन्तु पृथ्वी की मिट्टी एवं कल्पवृक्षों के पुष्प, फल का होता है। क्योंकि वहाँ चावल, गेहूं, मूग, उड़द आदि अन्न होते हुए भी वे मनुष्यों के उपभोग में नहीं आते, वहाँ को पृथ्वी ही शक्कर से अनन्तगुणी मधुर है, तथा कल्पवृक्षों के पुष्प-फलों का स्वाद चक्रवर्ती के भोजन से भी अनेक गुणा अच्छा है। वे इस प्रकार का स्वादिष्ट पाहार करके प्रासाद के आकार के जो गृहाकार कल्पवृक्ष होते हैं, उनमें सुख से रहते हैं। उस क्षेत्र में डांस, मच्छर, ज, खटमल, मक्खी आदि शरीरोपद्रवकारी जन्तु पैदा नहीं होते। जो भी सिंह, व्याघ्र, सर्प आदि वहाँ होते हैं, वे मनुष्यों को कोई पीड़ा नहीं पहुँचाते। उनमें परस्पर हिस्यहिंसकभाव का व्यवहार नहीं है। क्षेत्र के प्रभाव से वहाँ के जीव रौद्र (भयंकर) स्वभाव से रहित होते हैं। वहाँ के मनुष्यों (स्त्री-पुरुष) का जोड़ा अपने अवसान के समय एक जोड़े (स्त्री-पुरुष) को जन्म देता है और 76 दिन तक उसका पालन-पोषण करता है। उनके शरीर की ऊंचाई 800 धनुष की और उनकी आयु पल्योपम के असंख्यातवें भाग जितनी होती है। वे मन्दकषायी,
