108] [प्रज्ञापनासूत्र नारक आहार किस प्रकार से करते हैं ? --आहार किये जाने वाले पुद्गलों के पुराने वर्णगन्ध-रस-स्पर्शगुण का परिणमन, परिपीडन, परिशाटन एवं विध्वंस करके, अर्थात्-उन्हें पूरी तरह से बदल कर, उनमें नये वर्ण-गन्ध-रस-स्पर्शगुण को उत्पन्न करके, अपने शरीर-क्षेत्र में अवगाढ पुद्गलों का समस्त प्रात्मप्रदेशों से पाहार करते हैं।' सर्वतः पाहारादि का अर्थ-सर्वत : पाहार अर्थात् समस्त प्रात्मप्रदेशों से आहार करते हैं, सर्व-प्रात्मप्रदेशों से आहार परिणमाते हैं, सर्वतः उच्छ्वास-निःश्वास लेते हैं, सदा पाहार करते हैं, सदा परिणत करते हैं, सदा उच्छ्वास-निःश्वास लेते हैं। कदाचित् आहार और परिणमन करते हैं तथा . उच्छ्वास-निःश्वास लेते हैं। आहार और प्रास्वादन कितने-कितने भाग का? नारक आहार के रूप में जितने पुद्गलों को ग्रहण करते हैं, उनके असंख्यातवें भाग का आहार करते हैं, शेष पुद्गलों का अाहार नहीं हो पाता / वे जितने पुद्गलों का आहार करते हैं, उनके अनन्तवें भाग का आस्वादन करते हैं। शेष का प्रास्वादन न होने पर भी शरीर के रूप में परिणत हो जाते हैं / 2 (छठा द्वार) सभी आहाररूप में गृहीत पद्गलों का या उनके एक भाग का पाहारी-जिन त्यक्त-शेष एवं शरीर-परिणाम के योग्य पुद्गलों को आहार के रूप में ग्रहण करते हैं, उन सभी पुद्गलों का आहार करते हैं, सबके एक भाग का नहीं, क्योंकि वे पाहायपुद्गल त्यक्तशेष और आहारपरिणाम के योग्य ही ग्रहण किये हुए होते हैं। आहाररूप में गृहीत पुद्गल किस रूप में पुनः परिणत ?-आहार के रूप में नारकों द्वारा ग्रहण किये हुए वे पुद्गल श्रोत्रन्द्रिय, चक्षुरिन्द्रिय आदि पांचों इन्द्रियों के रूप में पुनः पुन : परिणत होते हैं। किन्तु इन्द्रियरूप में परिणत होने वाले वे पुद्गल शुभ नहीं, अशुभरूप ही होते हैं, अर्थात् वे पदगल अनिष्टरूप में परिणत होते हैं। जैसे मक्खियों को कपूर, चन्दन आदि शुभ होने पर भी अनिष्ट प्रतीत होते हैं, वैसे ही शुभ होने पर भी किन्हीं जीवों को वे पुद्गल अनिष्ट प्रतीत होते हैं / बल्कि अकान्त (अकमनीय-देखते समय सुन्दर न लगे), अप्रिय (देखते समय भी अन्तःकरण को प्रिय न लगें), (अशुभ वर्ण-गन्ध-रस-स्पर्श वाले), अमनोज्ञ (विपाक समय क्लेशजनक होने के कारण जो मन में आह्लाद उत्पन्न नहीं करते / / अमनाम जो भोज्यरूप में प्राणियों को ग्राह्य न हों, अनीप्सित-जो प्रास्वादन करने में मित नहीं होते. अभिध्यत--जिनके विषय में अभिलाषा भी उत्पन्न न हो. इस रूप में परिणत होते हैं तथा वे पुद्गल भारी रूप में परिणत होते हैं, लघुरूप में नहीं।, (अष्टमद्वार) भवनपतियों के सम्बन्ध में आहारार्थी आदि सात द्वार (2-8) 1806, [1] असुरकुमारा णं भंते ! आहारट्ठी ? हंता ! प्राहारट्ठी / एवं जहा रइयाणं तहा असुरकुमाराण वि भाणियव्वं जाव ते तेसि भज्जो भुज्जो परिणमंति / तत्थ णं जे से प्राभोगणिवत्तिए से णं जहणणं चउत्थभत्तस्स उक्कोसेणं 1 से 3. प्रज्ञापना (हरिभद्रीय टीका.) भा. 5, प.५४९ से 552 4. प्रज्ञापना प्रमेयबोधिनी टीका भा. 5,5. 555 से 559 तक
