प्रज्ञापनासूत्र 1702. [1] णिरयगतिणामए णं भंते ! कम्मस्स० पुच्छा। गोयमा ! जहण्णेणं सागरोवमसहस्सस्स दो सत्तभागा पलिप्रोवमस्स असंखेज्जतिभागेणं ऊणगर, उक्कोसेणं वीसं सागरोवमकोडाकोडीओ; वीस य वाससताई अबाहा० / [1702-1 3] भगवन् ! नरकगति-नामकर्म की स्थिति कितने काल की कही है ? [1702-1 उ.] गौतम ! इसकी जघन्य स्थिति पल्योपम के असंख्यातवें भाग कम एक सागरोपम के भाग की है और उत्कृष्ट बीस कोडाकोडी सागरोपम की है। इसका अबाधाकाल बीस सौ (दो हजार) वर्ष का है। [2] तिरियगतिणामए जहा णपुसगवेदस्स (सु. 1700 [11]) / [1702-2] तिर्यञ्चगति-नामकर्म की स्थिति (सू. 1700-11 में उल्लिखित) नपुंसकवेद की स्थिति के समान है। [3] मणुयगतिणामए पुच्छा। गोयमा ! जहणणं सागरोवमस्स दिवड्ढे सत्तभागं पलिनोवमस्स असंखेज्जइभागेणं ऊणगं, उक्कोसेणं पण्णरस सागरोवमकोडाकोडीओ; पण्णरस य वाससताई पाबाहा० / [1702-3 प्र.] भगवन् ! मनुष्यगति-नामकर्म की स्थिति कितने काल की कही है ?
