340] [जीवाजीवाभिगमतूत्र सेनाधिपतियों का सोलह हजार प्रात्मरक्षक देवों का और बहुत से दक्षिणदिशा के वाणव्यन्तर देवों और देवियों का आधिपत्य करता हुआ विचरता है। पिशाचेन्द्र पिशाचराज काल की तीन परिषदाएं हैं-ईशा, त्रुटिता और दृढरथा / पाभ्यन्तर परिषद् को ईशा कहते हैं, मध्यम परिषद् को त्रुटिता और बाह्य परिषद् को दृढरथा कहा जाता है। आभ्यन्तर परिषद् में देवों की संख्या आठ हजार है, मध्यम परिषद् में दस हजार देव हैं और बाह्य परिषद् में बारह हजार देव हैं / तीनों परिषदों में देवियों की संख्या एक सी-एक सौ है / उनकी स्थिति इस प्रकार हैआभ्यन्तर परिषद् के देवों की स्थिति आधे पल्योपम की है। मध्यम परिषद् के देवों की स्थिति देशोन आधे पल्योपम की है। बाह्य परिषद् के देवों की स्थिति कुछ अधिक पाव पल्योपम की है / प्राभ्यन्तर परिषद की देवी की स्थिति कुछ अधिक पाव पल्योपम की है। मध्यम परिषद् की देवी को स्थिति पाव पल्योपम की है / बाह्य परिषद् की देवी की स्थिति देशोन पाव पल्योपम की है। परिषदों का अर्थ आदि वक्तव्यता जैसे चमरेन्द्र के विषय में कही गई है वही सब यहां समझना चाहिए। उत्तरवर्ती पिशाचकुमार देवों की वक्तव्यता भी दक्षिणात्य जैसी ही है / उनका इन्द्र महाकाल है। काल के समान ही महाकाल की वक्तव्यता भी है / इसी प्रकार की वक्तव्यता भूतों से लेकर गन्धर्वदेवों के इन्द्र गीतयश तक की है / इस वक्तव्यता में अपने अपने इन्द्रों को लेकर भिन्नता है। इन्द्रों की भिन्नता दो गाथाओं में इस प्रकार कही गई है। (1) पिशाचों के दो इन्द्र-काल और महाकाल (2) भूतों के दो इन्द्र-सुरूप और प्रतिरूप (3) यक्षों के दो इन्द्र–पूर्णभद्र और माणिभद्र (4) राक्षसों के दो इन्द्र-भीम और महाभीम (5) किन्नरों के दो इन्द्र–किन्नर और किंपुरुष (6) किंपुरुषों के दो इन्द्र-सत्पुरुष और महापुरुष के दो इन्द्र-अतिकाय और महाकाय (8) गन्धों के दो इन्द्र-गीतरति और गीतयश 1. काले य महाकाले सुरुव-पडिरूव पुण्णभद्दे य। अमरवइ माणिभद्दे भीमे य तहा महाभीमे / / 1 / / किन्नर किंपुरिसे खलु सप्पुरिसे खलु तहा महापुरिसे / प्रइकाय महाकाए गीयरई चेव गीतजसे // 2 //
