तृतीय प्रतिपत्ति :एकोहक द्वीप के पुरुषों का वर्णम] [307 हे भगवन् ! उन स्त्रियों को कितने काल के अन्तर से प्राहार की अभिलाषा होती है ? गौतम ! चतुर्थभक्त अर्थात् एक दिन छोड़कर दूसरे दिन आहार की इच्छा होती है। 111. (15) ते णं भंते ! मण्या किमाहारमाहारेति ? गोयमा ! पुढविपुप्फफलाहारा ते मणयगणा पण्णत्ता, समणाउसो! तोसे णं भंते ! पुढवीए केरिसए आसाए पण्णत्ते ? गोयमा ! से जहाणामए गुलेइ वा खंडेइ वा सक्कराइ वा मच्छंडियाइ वा मिसकंदेह वा पप्पडमोयएइ वा, पुष्फउत्तराइ वा, पउमउत्तराइ वा, अकोसियाइ वा, विजयाइ वा, महाविजयाइवा, पायंसोबमाइ था, अणोवमाइ वा, चाउरक्के गोखोरे चउठाणपरिणए गुडखंडमच्छडि उवणीए मंदग्गिकडीए वणेणं उववेए जाव फासेणं, भवेयारूवे सिया ? जो इणठे समठे। तीसे णं पुढवीए एत्तो इट्टयराए चेव मणामतराए चेव आसाए णं पण्णत्ते / तेसिं गं पुप्फफलाणं केरिसए आसाए पण्णते? गोयमा ! से जहानामए चाउरंतचक्कट्टिस्स कल्लाणे पवरभोयणे सयसहस्सनिष्फन्ने वणे उववेते गंघेणं उववेते रसेण उववेते फासेणं उववेते आसाइणिज्जे वीसाइणिज्जे दीवणिज्जे विहणिज्जे बप्पणिज्जे मयणिज्जे सम्विवियगायपल्हाणिज्जे भवेयारुवे सिया? णो तिण? सम? / तेसि णं पुष्फफलाणं एसो इदुतराए चेव जाव आस्साए गं पण्णते। ते णं भंते ! मण्या तमाहारमाहारित्ता कहिं वसहि उवेंति ? गोयमा ! रुक्खगेहालया णं ते मणयगणा पग्णसा समणाउसो! ते णं भंते ! रुक्खा सिंठिया पण्णता? गोयमा ! कागारसंठिया पेच्छाघरसंठिया, छत्तागारसंठिया सयसंठिया यूमसंठिया तोरणसंठिया गोपुरवेइयवोपालगसंठिया, अट्टालकसंठिया पासासंठिया हम्मतलसंठिया गवक्खसंठिया वाल्लमपोइयसंठिया वलभिसंठिया अण्णे तत्थ बहवे वरमवणसयणासणविसिद्ध संठाणसंठिया सुहसीयलच्छाया गं ते उमगणा पण्णता समजाउसो!
