280] [ीवाजीवामिगमसूत्र खरपुढवीए पुच्छा, गोयमा ! जहन्नेणं अंतोमुहृत्तं उक्कोसेणं बावीस वाससहस्साई। नेरइयाणं भंते ! केवइयं कालं ठिई पण्णता? गोयमा ! जहन्नेणं दसवाससहस्साई उपकोसेगं तेत्तीसं सागरोवमाई ठिई; एवं सव्वं भाणियग्वं जाव सध्यसिद्धदेवत्ति। जीवे णं भंते ! जीवे त्ति कालओ केवच्चिर होइ ? गोयमा ! सम्वद्धं। पुढ विकाइए णं भंते ! पुढविकाइएत्ति कालओ केवच्चिरं होइ ? गोयमा ! सम्वद्धं / एवं जाव तसकाहए। [101] हे भगवन् ! पृथ्वी कितने प्रकार की कही है ? गौतम ! पृथ्वी छह प्रकार की कही गई है; यथा-श्लक्ष्ण (मृदु) पृथ्वी, शुद्धपृथ्वी, बालुकापृथ्वी, मनःशिलापृथ्वी, शर्करापृथ्वी और खरपृथ्वी।। हे भगवन् ! श्लक्ष्णपृथ्वी की कितनी स्थिति है ? गौतम ! जघन्य अन्तर्मुहूर्त और उत्कृष्ट एकहजारवर्ष / हे भगवन् ! शुद्धपृथ्वी की स्थिति कितनी है ? गौतम ! जघन्य अन्तर्मुहूर्त और उत्कृष्ट बारहहजारवर्ष / भगवन् ! बालुकापृथ्वी की पृच्छा ? गौतम ! जघन्य अन्तर्मुहूर्त और उत्कृष्ट चौदहहजारवर्ष / भगवन् ! मनःशिलापृथ्वी की पृच्छा ? गौतम ! जघन्य अन्तर्मुहूर्त और उत्कृष्ट सोलहहजारवर्ष / भगवन् ! शर्करापृथ्वी की पृच्छा ? गौतम ! जघन्य अन्तर्मुहूर्त और उत्कृष्ट अठारहहजारवर्ष / भगवन् ! खरपृथ्वी की पृच्छा ? गौतम ! जघन्य अन्तर्मुहूर्त और उत्कृष्ट बावीसहजारवर्ष / भगवन् ! नैरयिकों की कितनी स्थिति कही है ? गौतम ! जघन्य दस हजार वर्ष और उत्कृष्ट तेतीस सागरोपम की स्थिति है। इस प्रकार सर्वार्थसिद्ध के देवों तक की स्थिति (प्रज्ञापना के स्थितिपद के अनुसार) कहनी चाहिए। भगवन् ! जीव, जीव के रूप में कब तक रहता है ? गौतम ! सब काल तक जीव जीव ही रहता है। भगवन् ! पृथ्वीकायिक जीव पृथ्वीकायिक के रूप में कब तक रहता है ? गौतम !
