[३३ ___ मनगुप्ति के विषय जो कोई अतिचार लाग्यो होय तो आलोऊ, आरंभ-समारंभ, विषय-कषाय के विषय खोटो मन प्रवर्ताव्यो होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं ॥ १ ॥
वचनगुप्ति के विषय जो कोई अतिचार लाग्यो होय तो आलोऊ, वचन आरंभ, सारंभ, समारंभ, राजकथा, देशकथा, स्त्रीकथा, भत्तकथा इन चार कथा में से कोई कथा की होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं ॥ २ ॥
कायगुप्ति के विषय जो कोई अतिचार लाग्यो होय तो आलोऊं, काया आरंभ, सारंभ, समारंभ, बिना पूंज्यां अजयणापणे असावधानपणे, हाथ-पग पसारया होय, संकोच्या होय, बिन पूज्यां भीतादिक को ओटीगंणो (सहारा) लीधो होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं ॥ ३ ॥
__ पृथ्वीकाय में मिट्टी, मरड़ी, खड़ी, गेरू, हिंगलू, हड़ताल, हड़मची, लूण, भोडल, पत्थर इत्यादि पृथ्वीकाय के जीवों की विराधना की होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं ॥ १ ॥
अप्काय में ठार को पाणी, ओस को पाणी, हिम को पाणी, घड़ा को पाणी, तलाब को पाणी, निवाण को पाणी, संकाल को पाणी, मिश्र पाणी, वर्षाद को पाणी इत्यादि अप्काय के जीवों की विराधना की होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं। ।
तेउकाय में खीरा, अंगीरा, भोभल, भड़साल, झाल, टूटती झाल, बिजली, उल्कापात इत्यादि तेउकाय के जीवों की विराधना की होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं।
__वाउकाय में उक्कलियावाय, मंडलियावाय, घणवाय, घणगूंजवाय, तणवाय, शुद्धवाय, सपटवाय, वीजणे करी, तालिकरी, चमरीकरी इत्यादि वाउकाय के जीवों की विराधना की होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं।
वनस्पतिकाय में हरी तरकारी, बीज, अंकुर, कण, कपास, गुम्मा, गुच्छा, लता, लीलण, फूलण इत्यादि वनस्पतिकाय के जीवों की विराधना की होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं।
बेइन्द्रिय में लट, गिंडोला, अलसिया शंख, संखोलिया, कोड़ी, जलोक, इत्यादि बेन्द्रिय जीवों की विराधना की होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं।
तेइन्द्रिय में कीड़ी मकोड़ी, जूं, लींख, चांचण, मांकण, गजाई, खजूरिया, उधई, धनेरिया इत्यादि तेइन्द्रिय जीवों की विराधना की होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं।
