पंचेन्द्रिय जीवों की विराधना की होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं।
पहिला महाव्रत के विषय जो कोई अतिचार लाग्यो होय तो आलोऊ, (१) इन्दथावर काय (२) बम्भथावरकाय (३) सिप्पथावरकाय (४) सम्मतीथावरकाय (५) पायावचथावरकाय (६) जंगमकाय द्रव्य से इनकी हिंसा की होय, क्षेत्र से समस्त लोक में, काल से जावजीव तक, भाव से तीन करण तीन योग से महाव्रत के विषय जो कोई पाप दोष लाग्यो होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं।
दूसरा महाव्रत के विषय जो कोई अतिचार लाग्यो होय तो आलोऊं, कोहा वा, लोहा वा, हासा वा, क्रीड़ा कुतुहलकारी द्रव्य से झूठ बोल्यो होऊं, क्षेत्र से समस्त लोक में, काल से जावजीव तक, भाव से तीन करण तीन योग से दूसरा महाव्रत के विषय जो कोई पाप दोष लाग्यो होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं।
तीसरा महाव्रत के विषय जो कोई अतिचार लाग्यो होय तो आलोऊं, कामराग, दृष्टिराग, देवता सम्बन्धी, मनुष्य - तिर्यंच सम्बन्धी द्रव्य से काम-भोग सेव्या होय, क्षेत्र से समस्त लोक में, काल से जावजीव तक, भाव से तीन करण तीन योग से चौथा महाव्रत के विषय जो कोई पाप दोष लाग्यो होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं।
___ पाँचवां महाव्रत के विषय जो कोई अतिचार लाग्यो होय तो आलोऊ, सचित्त परिग्रह, अचित्त परिग्रह, मिश्र परिग्रह, द्रव्य से छति वस्तु पर मूर्छा की होय, पर वस्तु की इच्छा की होय, सुई कुसग धातु मात्र परिग्रह राख्यो होय, क्षेत्र से समस्त लोक में, काल से जावजीव तक, भाव से तीन करण तीन योग से पाँचवा महाव्रत के विषय जो कोई पाप दोष लाग्यो होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं।
छट्ठा रात्रिभोजनत्याग के विषय जो कोई अतिचार होय तो आलोऊं, चार आहार असणं, पाणं, खाइयं, साइमं, सीतमात्र, लेपमात्र, रातवासी राख्यो होय, रखायो होय, राखता प्रत्ये भलो जाण्यो होय तो देवसिय सम्बन्धी तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं।
