५०. पांच मास में पांच रात्रि कम प्रायश्चित्त वहन करने वाला अणगार यदि प्रायश्चित्त वहन काल के प्रारम्भ में, मध्य में या अन्त में प्रयोजन, हेतु या कारण से दो मास प्रायश्चित्त योग्य दोष का सेवन करके आलोचना करे तो उसे न कम न अधिक बीस रात्रि की प्रारोपणा का प्रायश्चित्त आता है । जिसे संयुक्त करने से साढ़े पांच मास की प्रस्थापना होती है।
५१. साढ़े पांच मास प्रायश्चित्त वहन करने वाला अणगार यदि प्रायश्चित्त वहन काल के प्रारम्भ में, मध्य में या अन्त में प्रयोजन, हेतु या कारण से एक मास प्रायश्चित्त योग्य दोष का सेवन करके आलोचना करे तो उसे न कम न अधिक एक पक्ष की प्रारोपणा का प्रायश्चित्त आता है। जिसे संयुक्त करने से छः मास की प्रस्थापना होती है ।
विवेचन-इन सूत्रों में मासिक और दो मासिक प्रायश्चित्त स्थानों की संयुक्त प्रस्थापिता आरोपणा कही गई है । शेष विवेचन पूर्व सूत्रों के समान समझ लेना चाहिये।
एक मास और दो मास के समान ही अन्य अनेक मास सम्बन्धी प्रस्थापना आरोपणा आदि के विकल्प भी यथा योग्य समझ लेने चाहिए। बीसवें उद्देशक का सारांशसूत्र १-५ एक मास प्रायश्चित्त स्थान से लेकर पांच मास तक के प्रायश्चित्त स्थान की निष्कपट

सूत्रवत् प्रायश्चित्त समझना चाहिए । ११-१२ मासिक आदि प्रायश्चित्त स्थानों की द्विक संयोगी भंगों से युक्त आलोचना के
प्रायश्चित्त भी पूर्व सूत्रवत् समझना चाहिए। १३-१४ पूरे मास या साधिक मास स्थानों की आलोचना का प्रायश्चित्त कपट सहित या
कपटरहित आदि पूर्व सूत्र के समान समझना चाहिए । एक बार सेवित दोष स्थान की कपट रहित आलोचना के प्रायश्चित्त को वहन करते हए पूनः लगाये जाने वाले दोषों की दो चौभंगी के किसी भी भंग से पालोचना करने पर प्रायश्चित्त की प्रारोपणा की जाती है । एक बार सेवित स्थान की कपटयुक्त आलोचना का प्रायश्चित्त वहन एवं उसमें
