[४४३ ___ १६. जो भिक्षु चातुर्मासिक या कुछ अधिक चातुर्मासिक, पंचमासिक या कुछ अधिक पंचमासिक इन परिहारस्थानों में से किसी एक परिहारस्थान की प्रतिसेवना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे मायासहित आलोचना करने पर प्रासेवित प्रतिसेवना के अनुसार प्रायश्चित्त रूप परिहार तप में स्थापित करके उनकी योग्य वैयावृत्य करनी चाहिए।
___ यदि वह परिहार तप में स्थापित होने पर भी किसी प्रकार की प्रतिसेवना करे तो उसका सम्पूर्ण प्रायश्चित्त भी पूर्वप्रदत्त प्रायश्चित्त में सम्मिलित कर देना चाहिए ।
१. पूर्व में प्रतिसेवित दोष की पहले आलोचना की हो, २. पर्व में प्रतिसेवित दोष की पीछे अालोचना को हो, ३. पीछे से प्रतिसेवित दोष की पहले आलोचना की हो, ४. पीछे से प्रतिसेवित दोष की पीछे आलोचना की हो। १. मायारहित आलोचना करने का संकल्प करके मायारहित आलोचना की हो, २. मायारहित आलोचना करने का संकल्प करके मायासहित आलोचना की हो, ३. मायासहित आलोचना करने का संकल्प करके मायारहित आलोचना को हो, ४. मायासहित आलोचना करने का संकल्प करके मायासहित आलोचना की हो ।
इनमें से किसी भी प्रकार के भंग से आलोचना करने पर उसके सर्व स्वकृत अपराध के प्रायश्चित्त को संयुक्त करके पूर्वप्रदत्त प्रायश्चित्त में सम्मिलित कर देना चाहिए।
जो इस प्रायश्चित्त रूप परिहार तप में स्थापित होकर वहन करते हुए भी पुनः किसी प्रकार की प्रतिसेवना करे तो उसका सम्पूर्ण प्रायश्चित्त भी पूर्वप्रदत्त प्रायश्चित्त में प्रारोपित कर देना चाहिए।
१७. जो भिक्षु चातुर्मासिक या कुछ अधिक चातुर्मासिक, पंचमासिक या कुछ अधिक पंचमासिक इन परिहारस्थानों में से किसी एक परिहारस्थान की अनेक बार प्रतिसेवना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे मायारहित आलोचना करने पर आसेवित प्रतिसेवना के अनुसार प्रायश्चित्त रूप परिहार तप में स्थापित करके उसकी योग्य वैयावृत्य करनी चाहिये ।
यदि वह परिहार तप में स्थापित होने पर भी किसी प्रकार की प्रतिसेवना करे तो उसका सम्पूर्ण प्रायश्चित्त भी पूर्वप्रदत्त प्रायश्चित्त में सम्मिलित कर देना चाहिये ।
