[निशीथसूत्र इसके उपरान्त मायासहित या मायारहित आलोचना करने पर वही पाण्मासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है।
१२. जो भिक्षु मासिक यावत् पंचमासिक इन परिहारस्थानों में से किसी एक परिहारस्थान की अनेक बार प्रतिसेवना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे मायारहित आलोचना करने पर आसेवित परिहारस्थान के अनुसार मासिक यावत् पंचमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है और मायासहित आलोचना करने पर आसेवित परिहारस्थान के अनुसार द्वैमासिक यावत् पाण्मासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है।

१३. जो भिक्षु चातुर्मासिक या कुछ अधिक चातुर्मासिक, पंचमासिक या कुछ अधिक पंचमासिक-इन परिहारस्थानों में से किसी एक परिहारस्थान की एक बार प्रतिसेवना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे मायारहित आलोचना करने पर प्रासेवित परिहारस्थान के अनुसार चातुर्मासिक या कुछ अधिक चातुर्मासिक, पंचमासिक या कुछ अधिक पंचमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है और मायासहित आलोचना करने पर आसेवित परिहारस्थान के अनुसार पंचमासिक या कुछ अधिक पंचमासिक या पाण्मासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है।

१४. जो भिक्षु अनेक बार चातुर्मासिक या अनेक बार कुछ अधिक चातुर्मासिक, अनेक बार पंचमासिक या अनेक बार कुछ अधिक पंचमासिक परिहारस्थान में से किसी एक परिहारस्थान की प्रतिसेवना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे मायारहित आलोचना करने पर प्रासेवित परिहारस्थान के अनुसार चातुर्मासिक या कुछ अधिक चातुर्मासिक, पंचमासिक या कुछ अधिक पंचमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है और मायासहित आलोचना करने पर पंचमासिक या कुछ अधिक पंचमासिक या छमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है।
इसके उपरांत मायासहित या मायारहित आलोचना करने पर वही छमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है।
