[४३३ रहित आलोचना करने पर त्रैमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है और माया-सहित आलोचना करने पर चातुर्मासिक प्रायश्चित्त प्राता है ।
४. जो भिक्ष एक बार चातुर्मासिक परिहारस्थान की प्रतिसेवना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे माया-रहित आलोचना करने पर चातुर्मासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है और माया-रहित अालोचना करने पर पंचमासिक प्रायश्चित्त पाता है ।
५. जो भिक्षु एक बार पंचमासिक परिहारस्थान की प्रतिसेवना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे माया-रहित आलोचना करने पर पंचमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है और माया-सहित आलोचना करने पर षाण्मासिक प्रायश्चित्त पाता है ।
___ इसके उपरान्त मायासहित या मायारहित आलोचना करने पर भी वही पाण्मासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है।
६. जो भिक्षु अनेक बार मासिक परिहारस्थान की प्रतिसेवना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे मायारहित आलोचना करने पर एक मास का प्रायश्चित्त आता और मायासहित आलोचना करने पर द्वैमासिक प्रायश्चित्त पाता है।
७. जो भिक्षु अनेक बार द्वैमासिक परिहारस्थान की प्रतिसेवना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे मायारहित आलोचना करने पर द्वैमासिक प्रायश्चित्त पाता है और मायासहित आलोचना करने पर त्रैमासिक प्रायश्चित्त प्राता है ।
८. जो भिक्षु अनेक बार त्रैमासिक परिहारस्थान की प्रतिवेदना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे मायारहित आलोचना करने पर त्रैमासिक प्रायश्चित्त पाता है और मायासहित आलोचना करने पर चातुर्मासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है ।
९. जो भिक्षु अनेक बार चातुर्मासिक परिहारस्थान की प्रतिसेवना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे मायारहित आलोचना करने पर चातुर्मासिक प्रायश्चित्त पाता है और मायासहित आलोचना करने पर पंचमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है ।

११. जो भिक्षु मासिक यावत् पंचमासिक इन परिहारस्थानों में से किसी परिहारस्थान की एक बार प्रतिसेवना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे मायारहित आलोचना करने पर आसेवित परिहारस्थान के अनुसार मासिक यावत् पंचमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है और मायासहित आलोचना करने पर आसेवित परिहारस्थान के अनुसार द्वैमासिक यावत् षाण्मासिक प्रायश्चित्त प्राता है ।
