[निशीथसूत्र ११. जे भिक्खू मासियं वा जाव पंचमासियं वा एएसि परिहारट्ठाणं अण्णयरं परिहारट्ठाणं पडिसेवित्ता आलोएज्जा अपलिउंचिय आलोएमाणस्स मासियं वा जाव पंचमासियं वा ।
पलिउंचिय आलोएमाणस्स दो मासियं वा जाव छम्मासियं वा । तेण परं पलिउंचिए वा अपलिउंचिए वा ते चेव छम्मासा।
१२. जे भिक्खू बहुसो वि मासियं वा जाव बहुसो वि पंचमासियं वा एएसि परिहारट्ठाणाणं परं परिहारट्ठाणं पडिसेवित्ता आलोएज्जा
अपलिउंचिय आलोएमाणस्स मासियं वा जाव पंचमासियं वा, पलिउंचिय आलोएमाणस्स दो मासियं वा जाव छम्मासियं वा । तेण परं पलिउंचिए वा अपलिउंचिए वा ते चेव छम्मासा।
१३. जे भिक्खू चाउम्मासियं वा, साइरेग-चाउम्मासियं वा, पंचमासियं वा साइरेग-पंचमासियं वा, एएसि परिहारट्ठाणाणं अण्णयरं परिहारट्ठाणं पडिसेवित्ता आलोएज्जा।
अपलिउंचिय आलोएमाणस्स चाउम्मासियं वा, साइरेग-चाउम्मासियं वा पंचमासियं वा साइरेग-पंचमासियं वा,
पलिउंचिय आलोएमाणस्स पंचमासियं वा, साइरेग पंचमासियं वा, छम्मासियं वा, तेण परं पलिउंचिए वा अपलिउंचिए वा ते चेव छम्मासा ।

२. जो भिक्षु एक बार द्विमासिक परिहारस्थान की प्रतिसेवना करके आलोचना करे तो उसे माया-रहित आलोचना करने पर द्वैमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है और माया-सहित आलोचना करने पर त्रैमासिक प्रायश्चित्त आता है ।
