[निशीथसूत्र वहिं वा, गवणीयं वा, सप्पि वा, गुलं वा, खंडं वा, सक्करं वा, मच्छंडियं वा, अण्णयरं भोयणजायं पडिग्गाहेइ, पडिग्गाहेंतं वा साइज्जइ।
१८. जे भिक्खू रण्णो खत्तियाणं मुदियाणं मुद्धाभिसित्ताणं उस्सट्ठ-पिडं वा, संसट्ठ-पिडं वा, अणाह-पिडं वा, वणीमग-पिंडं वा पडिग्गाहेइ पडिग्गाहेंतं वा साइज्जइ ।
तं सेवमाणे आवज्जइ चाउम्मासियं परिहारठाणं अणुग्धाइयं ।
१४. जो भिक्षु मूर्द्धाभिषिक्त शुद्धवंशीय क्षत्रिय राजा के-१. मेले आदि में, २. पितृभोज में, ३. इन्द्र, ४. कार्तिकेय, ५. ईश्वर, ६. बलदेव, ७. भूत, ८. यक्ष, ९. नागकुमार, १०. स्तूप, ११. चैत्य, १२. वृक्ष, १३. पर्वत, १४. गुफा, १५. कुत्रा, १६. तालाब, १७. ह्रद, १८. नदी, १९. सरोवर, २०. समुद्र, २१. खान इत्यादि किसी प्रकार के महोत्सव में तथा अन्य भी इसी प्रकार के अनेक महोत्सवों में उनके निमित्त से बना अशन, पान, खाद्य या स्वाद्य ग्रहण करता है या ग्रहण करने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है।
१५. जो भिक्षु श्रेष्ठ कुलोत्पन्न मूर्द्धाभिषिक्त क्षत्रिय राजा जब उत्तरशाला या उत्तरगृह (मंडप) में रहता हो तब उसका अशन, पान, खाद्य या स्वाद्य ग्रहण करता है या ग्रहण करने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है।
१६. जो भिक्षु १. अश्वशाला, २. हस्तिशाला, ३. मंत्रणाशाला, ४. गुप्तशाला, ५. गुप्तविचारणाशाला या ६. मैथुनशाला में गये हुए श्रेष्ठ कुलोत्पन्न मूर्द्धाभिषिक्त क्षत्रिय राजा के प्रशन, पान, खाद्य या स्वाद्य को ग्रहण करता है या ग्रहण करने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है।
१७. जो भिक्षु श्रेष्ठ कुलोत्पन्न मूर्द्धाभिषिक्त क्षत्रिय राजा के विनाशी द्रव्यों या अविनाशी द्रव्यों के संग्रहस्थान से दूध, दही, मक्खन, घृत, गुड, खांड, शक्कर या मिस्री तथा अन्य भी कोई खाद्य पदार्थ ग्रहण करता है या ग्रहण करने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है।
१८. जो भिक्षु श्रेष्ठ कुलोत्पन्न मूर्धाभिषिक्त क्षत्रिय राजा के १. उत्सृष्टपिड, २. भुक्तविशेषपिंड, ३. अनाथपिंड या ४. वनीपपिंड, (भिखारीपिंड) को ग्रहण करता है या ग्रहण करने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है।
उपर्युक्त १४ से १८ सूत्रों में कहे गये दोषस्थान को सेवन करने पर गुरुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त प्राता है।
विवेचन-छठे उद्देशक से लेकर इस उद्देशक के १३वें सूत्र तक स्त्री सम्बन्धी प्रायश्चित्तों का कथन निरन्तर हुआ है। उनका गुरुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है। सूत्र १४ से आठवें उद्देशक के पूर्ण होने तक और संपूर्ण नवमें उद्देशक में अनेक प्रकार के राजपिंड तथा राजा से संबंधित अनेक प्रसंगों के प्रायश्चित्त कहे गये हैं।
