स्त्री के साथ रात्रि में गमनागमन करने का प्रायश्चित्त--
१३. जे भिक्खू णायगं वा, अणायगं वा, उवासगंवा, अणुवासगं वा, अंतो उवस्सयस्स अद्धं वा राई, कसिणं वा राई संवसावेइ, तं पडुच्च णिक्खमइ वा, पविसइ वा, णिक्खमंतं वा, पविसंतं वा साइज्जइ।
१३. जो भिक्षु स्वजन या परजन (अन्य), उपासक या अन्य किसी भी स्त्री को अर्द्धरात्रि या पूर्णरात्रि उपाश्रय के अन्दर रखता है या उसके निमित्त गमनागमन करता है या करने वाले का अनुमोदन करता है।

विवेचन-पूर्व सूत्र में स्त्री के रखने का प्रायश्चित्त कहा है। तदनन्तर कहे गए इस सूत्र का भाव यह है कि साधु स्त्री को न रखे और मना करने पर भी यदि कोई स्त्री वहां परिस्थितिवश रह जाये तो रात्रि में शारीरिक बाधा से वह बाहर जावे तो उसके निमित्त उसके साथ जाना-माना नहीं करना चाहिए।
साथ जाने-माने में दो कारण हो सकते हैं-१. स्त्री को भय लगता हो, २. अथवा साधु को भय लगता हो।

१६. जे भिक्खू रण्णो खत्तियाणं मुदियाणं मुद्धाभिसित्ताणं १. हयसाला-गयाण वा, २. गयसालागयाण वा, ३. मंतसालागयाण वा, ४. गुज्झसालागयाण वा, ५. रहस्ससालागयाण वा, ६. मेहुणसालागयाण वा असणं वा, पाणं वा, खाइमं वा, साइमं वा पडिग्गाहेइ, पडिग्गाहेंतं वा साइज्जइ।

13. A monk who keeps a woman, whether she be a relative or a non-relative, an upasika or a non-upasika, within his shelter for half a night or a full night, or who goes out or enters for her sake, or who approves of someone going out or entering for her sake, incurs the Guruchaumasi penance.

Mugudamahe, 7. Bhuyamahe, 8. Jakkhamahe, 9. Nagamahe, 10. Thubhamahe, 11. Cheiyamhe, 12. Rukkhamahe, 13. Giriamahe, 14. Darimahe, 15. Agadmahe, 16. Tadagamahe, 17. Dahaamahe, 18. Gaiamahe, 19. Saramahe, 20. Sagaramahe, 21. Aagamahe, or any other such places, or from the great festivals in the open, incurs the Guruchaumasi penance.

15. A monk who takes food, drink, edibles, or sweets from the Uttarasaalans or Uttargihans of an anointed king's festival, incurs the Guruchaumasi penance.

16. A monk who takes food, drink, edibles, or sweets from the following places of an anointed king's festival: 1. Hayasala-gaya, 2. Gayasala-gaya, 3. Mantasala-gaya, 4. Gujjhasala-gaya, 5. Rahassala-gaya, 6. Mehunasaala-gaya, incurs the Guruchaumasi penance.

17. A monk who takes milk, etc., from the collected offerings of an anointed king's festival, incurs the Guruchaumasi penance.
