A monk who cuts or repeatedly cuts a boil, a tumor, a boil, a boil, a fistula, or any other similar thing on his body with a sharp surgical instrument, or who removes pus or blood from it, or who washes it with cold or hot water, or who approves of someone who does so, is guilty of a minor offense.
