[निशीथसूत्र दंड, लाठी-शारीरिक परिस्थिति व क्षेत्रीय परिस्थिति से रखी जाती है। अवलेहनिका-पैरों में लगे कीचड़ आदि को साफ करने के लिये रखी जाती है।
रजोहरण या पूजणी की फलियों में डोरी डालने के लिए बांस की सूई उपयोग में आती है, यदा कदा वस्त्र पात्रादि के सिलाई के काम में भी आ सकती है।
दंड आदि का परिघट्टण-ऊपर से सफाई करना । संठवण-गांठों आदि की सफाई करना। जमावण-वक्र भाग को सीधा करना । इन उपकरणों के प्रकार, परिमाण, माप आदि की विशेष जानकारी भाष्य में दी गई है।
