[२०१ मासियाए संलेहणाए अप्पाणं झूसित्ता, सढि भत्ताइं अणसणाए छेदेत्ता, आलोइय-पडिक्कते समाहिपत्ते कालमासे कालं किच्चा सोहम्मे कप्पे अरूणवडिंसए विमाणे देवत्ताए उववन्ने। चत्तारि पलिओवमाइं ठिई। महाविदेहे वासे सिज्झिहिइ।
निक्खेवो ॥ सत्तमस्स अंगस्स उवासगदसाणं अज्झयणं समत्तं ॥ यों श्रमणोपासक महाशतक ने अनेक विध व्रत, नियम आदि द्वारा आत्मा को भावित किया-आत्मशुद्धि की। बीस वर्ष तक श्रमणोपासक-श्रावक-धर्म का पालन किया । ग्यारह उपासक-प्रतिमाओं की भली भांति आराधना की। एक मास की संलेखना और साठ भोजन-एक मास का अनशन सम्पन्न कर आलोचना प्रतिक्रमण कर, मरणकाल आने पर समाधिपूर्वक देह-त्याग किया। वह सौधर्म देवलोक में अरुणावतंसक विमान में देव रूप में उत्पन्न हुआ। वहां आयु चार पल्योपम की है। महाविदेह क्षेत्र में वह सिद्ध-मुक्त होगा।
