जिसका फल विपाक इतना भयानक है, वह प्राणवध क्रोध रूप उग्र रौद्र ध्यान से उत्पन्न है । क्षुद्र और अनार्य जनों का आचरण है। यह घृणारहित, नृशंस, महाभयों का कारण, भयानक, त्रासदायक और अन्यायरूप है। यह उद्वेगजनक, दूसरे के प्राणों की परवाह न करने वाला, धर्महीन, स्नेह - पिपासा
शून्य और करुणाहीन है। इसका अन्तिम परिणाम नरक में गमन करना है अर्थात् यह नरकगति में 5 जाने का कारण है। मोह और महाभय को बढ़ाने वाला और मरण के समय दीनता उत्पन्न करने 5 वाला है।
43. Thus the persons who engage in violence, they as a result thereof are re-born in hell, in animal state or in bad category of human beings, wander there and undergo numberless sufferings there.
Thus is the result of their violence that they have to suffer in this life फ ( as human beings) and in the other state of existence (hell and others). It provides little pleasure and much greater pain. It produces great fear and is smeared with extremely thick karmic molecules. This condition is extremely pitiable, severe and produces very deep pain. It continues for thousands of years (a very long period). It is not possible to overcome it without undergoing requisite suffering. Tirthankar Mahavir who was of Jnat clan has mentioned about this fruit of violent activities.
The violence which collects Karma producing such a dreadful result when they fructify is caused by anger or harsh and drastic thought actively. It is the conduct followed by rustic and uncivilized people. It is the conduct of those people who are inhuman, ferocious, unjust, dreadful and in a fit of state fear. It produces terror. It does not take care of the life force of others. It is irreligious. It is devoid of love and compassion. Its ultimate result is re-birth in hell. It increases delusion and fear. It causes pitiable state at the time of death.
विवेचन : नरक सम्बन्धी यह फलविपाक शास्त्रकार ने अपनी बुद्धि या कल्पना से नहीं बताया है, किन्तु ज्ञातपुत्र सर्वज्ञ देव श्री महावीर ने कहा है, यह उल्लेख करके प्रस्तुत प्ररूपणा की पूर्ण प्रामाणिकता प्रकट की गई है। श्री सुधर्मास्वामी ने जम्बूस्वामी से कहा- जैसा मैंने श्रमण भगवान महावीर से सुना है, वैसा ही तुम्हारे समक्ष प्रतिपादन किया है।

Elaboration-The author has not mentioned these conditions in hell from his own imagination but omniscient Mahavir has mentioned it. So it is undisputable. Sudharma Swami told Jambu that he has told exactly what he heard from Bhagavan Mahavir.
