जिससे यह लोक धर्म में प्रवर्तित किया और उस क्षत्रियत्व को क्षय होने से बचाया गया। नरनाथ को अपने कुगुरु, कुदेव और कमुनि के सम्पर्क से राजा की मति नष्ट हो जाती है। स्वर्ण के लोभ से मति नष्ट हो जाती कुल की रक्षा विशेष रूप से करनी चाहिए। पण्डितों के सहवास से कुल को लक्षित करना चाहिए। दर्शन- है। अत्यन्त काम और क्रोध से मति नष्ट हो जाती है। हर्ष और चपलता से मति नष्ट हो जाती है, जिन के ज्ञान और चारित्र के अभ्यास से और दुर्नयों के विनाश से कुल की रक्षा करनी चाहिए। शुद्ध आचार और प्रतिकूल होने पर बुद्धि नष्ट हो जाती है, मद और मान से बुद्धि नष्ट होती है। मदिरापान से बुद्धि नष्ट होती दृढ़तापूर्वक धारण किये गये अणुव्रत-भार से कुल की रक्षा करनी चाहिए। यह कुल सादि-अनादि और उत्पन्न है, वेश्याजन-गमन करने से बुद्धि नष्ट हो जाती है। हरिणवध में रमण करने से बुद्धि नष्ट होती है। जुए में हुआ दिखाई देता है, बीजांकुर न्याय से कुल आया है। भरत ऐरावत आदि के द्वारा कुल नाश को प्राप्त होता नियुक्त होने से बुद्धि नष्ट हो जाती है। परस्त्री में रमण करने से बुद्धि नष्ट होती है, जिन के चरण-कमलों है, फिर समय-समय पर जिननाथ के द्वारा वह किया जाता है।
में पड़ी हुई जिसकी बुद्धि कलि के पाप को स्पर्श नहीं करती उसकी बुद्धि नृपविद्या और ऋषिविद्या में गमन पत्ता-सिर झुकाकर और करकमल जोड़कर इन्द्र जिन का कीर्तन करता है, वे राजकुल परम्परा के करनेवाली होती है और इहलोक तथा परलोक में धरती (या लक्ष्मी) उसकी होती है। विधाता हैं और उनका ही महादेवत्व है ॥५॥
