Thirty-first Chapter
'The Lord, eager to conquer the remaining part of the earth, set out with his forces, subduing the southern and western regions. ||1|| The horses were in the front, the chariots in the rear, the elephants in the middle, and the foot soldiers everywhere. ||2|| The Lord's army, consisting of elephants, horses, chariots, and foot soldiers, along with the armies of the gods and the Vidyadharas, was spreading in all directions with its six limbs. ||3|| The ocean was agitated by the movement of the army, as if it were saying to its servants, "Everyone should follow the great men." ||4|| The kings were subdued by the force of the army, the rivers were filled with mud, and the great mountains were reduced to the level of the earth. ||5|| The Lord's achievements were fruitful, as they were delightful, satisfying, and desirable for those who wished to enjoy them. ||6|| The Lord's power and army were invincible, firmly united, and the cause of the destruction of the enemy. ||7|| The Lord's warriors were like his arrows, for just as the warriors were equipped with the fruit of their desires, so too were the arrows equipped with the fruit of iron tips. Just as the warriors were sharp, so too were the arrows sharp. ||8||
