She had many images of the Jina made of jewels, and all their implements were made of gold. After the installation and related consecration, she performed great worship of these images, praising the Arhat with meaningful hymns, full of devotion. She gave gifts of vessels, honored the great monks, listened to the Dharma, and contemplated the meaning of the scriptures and the essence of the path, achieving the purity of right faith. Then, in the month of Phalguna, she performed the eight-day worship of the Jina with devotion, worshipped the images according to the rules, fasted, and then, with a slender body, came to give the remaining offerings. ||177||
She saw the king seated on his throne, and rising, she folded her hands. Taking the remaining offerings given by him, she placed them on her own head. ||178||
