चत्वारिंशत्तमं पर्व
अथातः सम्प्रवक्ष्यामि क्रियासूत्तरचूलिकाम् । विशेषनिर्णयो यत्र क्रियाणां तिसृणामपि ॥१॥ तत्रादौ तावदुन्नेष्य क्रियाकल्पप्रक्लप्तये । मन्त्रोद्धारंक्रियासिद्धिः मन्त्राधीना हि योगिनाम् ॥२॥ प्राधानादि क्रियारम्भ पूर्वमेव निवेशयत । त्रीणिच्छत्राणि चक्राणां त्रयं त्रीश्च हविर्भुजः ॥३॥ 'मध्येवेदि जिनेन्द्रार्चाः स्थापयेच्च यथाविधि । मन्त्रकल्पोऽयमाम्नातस्तत्र तत्पूजनाविधौ ॥४॥ नमोऽन्तो नीरजश्शब्दश्चतुर्थ्यन्तोऽत्र पठ्यताम् । जलेन भूमिबन्धार्थ परा शुद्धिस्तु तत्फलम् ॥५॥
(नीरजसे नमः) दर्भास्तरणसम्बन्धस्ततः पश्चादुदीर्यताम् । विघ्नोपशान्तये दर्पमथनाय नमः पदम् ॥६॥
(दर्पमथनाय नमः) गन्धप्रदानमन्त्रश्च शीलगन्धाय वै नमः ।
(शीलगन्धाय नमः) पुष्पप्रदानमन्त्रोऽपि विमलाय नमः पदम् ॥७॥ (विमलाय नमः)
__ अथानन्तर-आगे इन क्रियाओंकी उत्तरचूलिकाका कथन करेंगे जिसमें कि इन तीनों क्रियाओंका विशेष निर्णय किया गया है ॥१॥ इस उत्तरचूलिकामें भी सबसे पहले क्रियाकल्प अर्थात् क्रियाओं के समूहकी सिद्धिके लिये मन्त्रोंका उद्धार करूंगा अर्थात् मंत्रोंकी रचना आदि का निरूपण करूंगा सो ठीक ही है क्योंकि मुनियों के कार्यकी सिद्धि भी मंत्रोंके ही आधीन होती है ॥२॥ आधानादि क्रियाओंके प्रारम्भ में सबसे पहले तीन छत्र, तीन चक्र और तीन अग्नियां स्थापित करना चाहिये ॥३॥ और वेदीके मध्य भागमें विधिपूर्वक जिनेन्द्रदेवकी प्रतिमा विराजमान करनी चाहिये। उक्त क्रियाओंके प्रारम्भमें उन छत्र, चक्र, अग्नि तथा जिनेन्द्रदेवकी प्रतिमाकी जो पूजा की जाती है वह मन्त्रकल्प कहलाता है ॥४।। इन क्रियाओंके करते समय जलसे भमि शद्ध करने के लिये जिसके अन्त में नमः शब्द लगा हआ है ऐसे नीरजस शब्दको चतुर्थीके एकवचनका रूप पढ़ना चाहिये अर्थात् 'नीरजसे नमः' (कर्मरूप धूलिसे रहित जिनेन्द्र भगवान्को नमस्कार हो) यह मंत्र बोलना चाहिये । इस मन्त्रका फल उत्कृष्ट विशुद्धि होना है ॥५॥ तदनन्तर डाभका आसन ग्रहण करना चाहिये और उसके बाद विघ्नोंको शान्त करने के लिये 'दर्पमथनाय नमः' (अहंकारको नष्ट करनेवाले भगवान्को नमस्कार हो) इस मन्त्रका उच्चारण करना चाहिये ॥६॥ गन्ध समर्पण करनेका मन्त्र है 'शीलगन्धाय नमः' (शील रूप सुगन्ध धारण करनेवाले जिनेन्द्रदेवको नमस्कार हो) । तथा पुष्प देनेका मन्त्र है 'विमलाय

Now, I will explain the *Kriya-Suttra-Chulika*, where the special determination of the three actions is done. ||1||

One should recite the *Nirajas* word, which ends with *Namah*, in the singular form of the fourth case, meaning "Nirajase Namah" (Salutations to the dust-free Jina). This mantra is for purifying the earth with water, and its result is excellent purity. ||5||

Then, one should take the seat of *Darbha*, and after that, to pacify the obstacles, one should recite the mantra "Darpa-Mathanaya Namah" (Salutations to the Lord who destroys ego). ||6||

The mantra for offering fragrance is "Shila-Gandhaya Namah" (Salutations to the Jina who wears the fragrance of virtue). And the mantra for offering flowers is "Vimalaaya Namah" (Salutations to the pure one). ||7||
