## Forty-First Chapter
**273**
"The **Gana-graha** (gathering of the group) is the fourth action for the **bhavy** who has obtained the designated place. It occurs when he expels the false deities from his home. || 45 ||
"I have worshipped you for so long out of ignorance, but now I will worship the deities of my own faith. Therefore, it is futile to be angry. Go wherever you wish." || 46 ||
Thus, he should take them away and abandon them in some other place, making it clear to them. || 47 ||
This is the **Gana-graha** action, where the **bhavy** abandons the former deities and worships the deities of his own faith, who are peaceful and appropriate for the time. || 48 ||
This is the fourth **Gana-graha** action.
Then, the **bhavy** who listens to the meaning of the **angas** (limbs of Jain scriptures) along with the wealth of **puja** (worship) and **upavasa** (fasting) performs the **puja-radhya** action, which is well-known. || 49 ||
This is the fifth **puja-radhya** action.
Then, the **bhavy** who listens to the meaning of the fourteen **purva-vidyas** (previous knowledge) along with his fellow practitioners performs the **punya-yajna** action, which is conducive to merit. || 50 ||
This is the sixth **punya-yajna** action.
Then, the **bhavy** who has completed the scriptures of his own faith and listens to the scriptures of other faiths or other subjects performs the **drdha-carya** action. || 51 ||
This is the seventh **drdha-carya** action.
Then, the **bhavy** who has strengthened his vows performs the **upayogita** action. || 52 ||
"He should maintain the **pratima** (image) until the end of the **parva** (festival) and **upavasa** (fasting)." || 52 ||
This is the **upayogita** action.
He should be given leave for **parana** (breaking the fast) and the **bhavy**, being satisfied with the grace of the **guru**, should go to his home. || 44 ||
