## Thirty-eighth Chapter
**267**
The eight **Pratiharayas** (miracles), the twelve divine assemblies, the rows of stupas, the rows of houses, the circle of forts, and the rows of flags, etc., are all considered to be the **Arhanty** (the state of being an Arhat) - a distinct action of the Lord who possesses these wondrous qualities. [302-303]
This is the fiftieth action called **Arhanty**.
The **Vihar** (the state of being in a state of meditation) of the Lord, which is preceded by the **Dharmachakra** (the wheel of Dharma), is a well-known action and has been explained in detail earlier. Therefore, it will not be repeated here. [304]
This is the fifty-first action called **Vihar**.
Then, for the benefit of others, the **Yogatyaga** (the state of abandoning yoga) is a superior action of the Lord who has performed the **Tirtha Vihar** (pilgrimage) by preaching the path of Dharma. [305]
The **Vihar** (meditation) ends, the assembly ground (Samavasarana) disintegrates, and the Lord performs his duties to restrain yoga. This is called **Yogatyaga**. [306]
The **Kevali Samudghat** (the state of being a Kevali) action, which is known through the **Danda** (staff), **Kapat** (door), etc., is included in the **Yogatyaga** action and therefore will not be described separately. [307]
This is the fifty-second action called **Yogatyaga**.
Then, the **Agranirvritti** (the state of attaining final liberation) is considered to be the action of the Lord who has restrained all his yogas, who is the master of Jinas, who has attained the state of being the Lord of conduct, whose **Ghatikarma** (karmas that bind to the cycle of birth and death) have been destroyed, who has attained the upward movement naturally, and who has reached the supreme state of liberation. [308-309]
This is the fifty-third action called **Agranirvritti**.
Thus, the actions from the womb to **Nirvana** (liberation), totaling fifty-three, should always be followed by the **Bhavya** (those destined for liberation). [310]
These actions should be followed by the twice-born according to the methods described above. Any internal differences in these actions will be explained in the next chapter. [311]
