Mahapuraanam
"The royal utterance, O King of Kings, shines in you alone, it does not go to another. It governs the entire six-fold earth, undivided. || 103 || Your prowess, burning with the chakra-self, is unbearable. The law of punishment is also becoming famous, O Lord, from the deceit of the jewel of punishment. || 104 || The entire earth is to be ruled by you, you are the independent Lord. Who else is like you, O Lord, in wealth and sovereignty? || 105 || The earth, alone, forever wanders the world, without hindrance. And Saraswati, the eloquent, how are they both dear to you, O Lord? || 106 || Thus, having realized your greatness, we have come from heaven to serve you, frightened by the sound of your army. || 107 || We are the Kutasthas of this mountain, never moving from our place, but we have been brought down to this earth by you, O God. || 108 || We are the Vyantaras, dwelling in distant places, now make us your servants, close to you. || 109 || Know me as the god Kritamal, dwelling on this peak of the mountain, knowing the heart of the Vijayardha mountain. || 110 || O God, you have subdued me, so consider this great mountain as your own, for I know the entire inner workings of this mountain, with its caves and forests. || 111 || Or, I say, "I know the inner workings of this mountain," this is said very little, for there is no place in the entire circle of islands and oceans that is not accessible to us. || 112 ||
You should do the work, O dear, you are the God of Gods, to conquer the entire world. || 101 || We are the Girvaanas, and though we wield sharp arrows of words, we are speechless about any other man who desires victory besides you, our pride is gone, and our words come out with stammering voices. || 102 || O King of Kings, you rule this entire earth, including the entire region divided into six parts, therefore the royal utterance, which does not reside elsewhere, is adorned in you alone - you are truly the king. || 103 || O Lord, your unbearable prowess is shining, under the guise of the chakra-jewel, and your law of punishment is becoming famous, through the deceit of the jewel of punishment. || 104 || This entire earth is under your control - worthy of being ruled, you are its independent Lord, and wealth and jewels are your sovereignty, therefore who else is as wealthy as you? || 105 || O Lord, your fame wanders freely, alone, forever in the entire world, and Saraswati is eloquent, that is, very talkative, yet why are these two women dear to you? || 106 || Thus, having realized your greatness, we have come from heaven to serve you, frightened by the sound of your army. || 107 || O God, we dwell on the peak of this mountain, and never deviate from our place, but we have been brought down to this earth by you. || 111
