३५५ आतुर. गा. ६४ पुनरपि दढपरिणामं दर्शयति
लद्धं अलद्धपुठे जिणवयणसुभासिंद अमिदभूदं ।
गहिदो सुग्गइमग्गो णाहं मरणस्स बीहेमि ।।१९।। लद्धं-लब्धं प्राप्तम् । अलद्धपुव्वं-अलब्धपूर्वम् । जिणवयणं-जिनवचनम्। सुभासिदंसुभाषितं प्रमाणनयाविरुद्धम् । अभिदभूदं-अमृतभूतं सुखहेतुत्वात् । गहिदो-गृहीतः । सुग्गदिमग्गो-सुगतिमार्गः। णाहं मरणस्स बीहेमि-नाहं मरणाद्बिभेमि । अलब्धपूर्वं जिनवचनं सुभाषितं अमृतभूतं लब्धं मया सुगतिमार्गश्च गृहीतोऽतः नाहं मरणाद् बिभेमीति ।।९९।। आतुर. गा० ६५ अतश्च
धीरेण वि मरिदव्वं णिद्धीरेण वि अवस्स मरिदव्वं ।।
जदि दोहिं वि मरिदव्वं वरं हि धीरत्तणेण मरिदव्वं ।।१०० ।। धीरेण वि-धीरेणापि सत्त्वाधिकेनापि । मरियव्यं-मर्तव्यं प्राणत्यागः कर्तव्यः । णिद्धीरेण विनिधैर्येणापि धैर्यरहितेनापि कातरेणापि भीतेनापि । अवस्स-अवश्यं निश्चयेन । मरिदव्वं-मर्तव्यम्। जइदोहिं वि-यदि द्वाभ्यामपि । मरिदव्यं-मर्तव्यं भवान्तरं गन्तव्यं विशेषाभावात् । वरं-श्रेष्ठम् । हि-स्फुटम् । धीरत्तणेणं-धीरत्वेन संक्लेशरहितत्वेन । मरिदव्वं-मर्तव्यम् । यदि द्वाभ्यामपि धैर्याधैर्योपेताभ्यां प्राणत्यागः कर्तव्यो निश्चयेन ततो विशेषाभावात् धीरत्वेन मरणं श्रेष्ठमिति

आतुर. गा० ६६ क्षुधादिपीडितस्य यदि शीलविनाशे कश्चिद्विशेषो विद्यतेऽजरामरणत्वं यावता हि
सीलेणवि मरिदव्वं णिस्सीलेणवि अवस्स मरिदव्वं ।
जह दोहिं वि मरियव्वं वरं हु सीलत्तणेण मरियव्वं ।।१०१।। यदि द्वाभ्यामपि शीलनिःशीलाभ्यां मर्तव्यं अवश्यं वरं शीलत्वेन शीलयुक्तेन मर्तव्यमिति । व्रतपरिरक्षणं शीलं यदि सुशीलनिःशीलाभ्यां निश्चयेन मर्तव्यं शीलेनैव मर्तव्यम् ।।१०१।।
